Gannon updates on Darius Robinson and Zay Jones suspension situation:
Robinson will miss time but Gannon said he wasn’t going to put a timeline on it.
Team knew something could happen with Jones. Feels WR depth can handle Jones absence.

I thought that could be the case but I think the plan is to run baby run.

We’ll need a lot of horses to do so based on the wear and tear.

The middle of the OL is mainly road graders.

The NFL is completely inconsistent on how they handle these kind of suspensions.

yeah...but if we run 13 there is only 1 wr..so, god forbid if Marvin or Mike go dowm, we still have the other..in 12, only 2 wr...Dortch might be too small to man the outside for an extended period but he can do a couple games if one of the taller guys sucks too badly.

I’d guess 25%. We’ll probably still play more 11 personnel than either 12 or 13. We lead the league in 13 personnel last year at 10%, and this was when we were playing A TON of it toward the end of the year when all our WRs were hurt.

sounds about right. But with our personnel we can easily cover for not having Jones for a month



dont get me wrong...missing a guy suxx...but losing zay jones for 5 weeks will have a minimal impact on our offense IMHO
