I got a chuckle out of this post. But keep in mind there is some truth mixed in. As an example, one of our top draft picks was injured in practice. Every day isn't a "walk through".

Gannon updates on Darius Robinson and Zay Jones suspension situation:
Robinson will miss time but Gannon said he wasn’t going to put a timeline on it.
Team knew something could happen with Jones. Feels WR depth can handle Jones absence.

I assume today the team will put a timeline of sorts on DR as we cut to 53.

sounds about right. But with our personnel we can easily cover for not having Jones for a month



dont get me wrong...missing a guy suxx...but losing zay jones for 5 weeks will have a minimal impact on our offense IMHO

I think Jones was mainly going to be a big bodied 3rd down slot that didn't mind getting piled by a safety.

I don't think we have a good alternative but you're right, we can live without it for 5 weeks.

Cardinals had tryout with LB Julian Okwara, who was released by Eagles Monday. A 3rd-round pick by Lions in 2020, played 38 games/4 starts, had 9.0 sacks. Last season, played 9 games with 1 start, had 2.0 sacks. Ended season on practice squad; was signed by Eagles Feb. 14.

Correct that: it was a visit, not a tryout for Okwara. Also, Cowboys had tryouts with LB Tyus Bowser, RB Dalvin Cook. Bills had visit with QB Mike White, Jaguars with G Nouredin Nouili

Rookie CB Elijah Jones (heel) likely won’t be ready for Week 1, per head coach Jonathan Gannon.

Rookie TE Tip Reiman should be back on the practice field on Monday.

I didn't have a problem with his goofy posts when he went off the rails. As you say, no better nor worse than any of us. It's when he went unhinged when people didn't take his goofy posts seriously that sucked.
