Believe me I get it- I’ve been chastised on here for doubting Murray at times. I get the logic of wanting to draft a qb to move on- but I feel like that franchise qb is not in this next draft. Which sucks major on timing for us.

You either draft a qb and let him learn behind Kyler, and tell Kyler this is a make or break year for him OR you build the defense next year and tell Kyler he has one more year to prove himself and get ready to draft a rooking qb in 2026

I’m 1000% out on Murray. You can’t be getting paid what this guy is getting paid and get outplayed in games that you absolutely have to have by friggen Geno Smith x2 and Sam Darnold.

You can’t blame the defense. Too many terrible decisions and INTs.

This goes back to 2020 when all they needed to do was win a game against a completely depleted SF team that was starting 3rd stringers everywhere and couldn’t do it. Then they played the Rams and Kyler got nicked up and was running sprints up and down the sideline like he wanted to come back in the game but didn’t and they lost that one and missed the playoffs.

Then the next year to get off to the hottest start we’ve ever seen only to be followed up by the worst collapse we’ve ever seen. That playoff pick 6 against the Rams is undeniably one off he worst plays in NFL Playoff history.

Another collapse down the stretch this year with INTs galore just proves to me that when the games matter the most this guy just can’t cut it. I can’t even sugar coat it. He’s a flat out choker. Dude is getting paid SO much. Win a game for us that we absolutely have to have. He’s just not that guy. F Kyler

Apologies to all you good posters, because this is my first post here and being a member of other team forums I understand the protocols of being a new poster.

Glad to be here, hope to be a valued member and all that (i really do), but I’m a Canadian snowbird fan that has followed this guy since the start. This season should be his end here. Never will be successful.

He can be exciting but that’s about it.

This is valid. PJJ has been playing like doggy poo for a while now.
I think that is an exaggeration. The 2 Seattle games have been bad. And the recency bias related to them is real. Whomever Seattle is lining up against him gives him fits.

It's not just that. I watched him double team inside on a pass play and let his guy just walk in on Kyler. That's not being beaten by the guy across from you. That's losing between the ears. He has regressed recently. Might be he's just a RT and not a LT. And you don't draft RTs that high.

Without a doubt.

We passed on Will Anderson and Nabers for two mediocre OSU players. GMs get fired for mistakes of that magnitude.
MHJ at least was generally regarded as the best wide receiever in the draft.

I think we're gonna have a new starting quarterback in 2026. :( Murray remains inconsistent and can't handle pressure well. :( The cap hit and a relative weak quarterback class will cause us to stick with Murray for another year.

the back to back picks is what ultimately what did it for me - idk about you but if i just choked - im going to be very careful chewing my next piece of food - we drafted murray back in 2019 but you don't even see rookie qbs with that kind of choking hazard - they'd be taken off the market - talking giant class action lawsuits but somehow kyler murray keeps getting away with it

then to have the nerve not to run for first downs - after pinning your own defense in their own redzone multiple times

there is no reason i can think of for kyler murray not running other than being a scared lil ***** today - he didn't want no part of leonard williams today - heard footsteps all day - kyler needed a big cranberry juice today - done

In the remaining games we will see him pile up garbage stats. We might win a couple of meaningless games. This will be used by the Cardinals to create a narrative regarding "improvement" for next season.

KM and Dak Prescott must have been separated at birth. That's exactly what Dak has done for years in Dallas. I'm sorry, folks. The Kyler Murray debate is over. He is a bonafide choke artist. Period.

How many times does Kyler get a “make or break” season?!
