Falcons are coming to Arizona if they win out. (Very likely)

Man...the Falcons look like a complete team...in 1 year they turn the whole franchise around after the Vick disaster...I would have said the same about the Cards a few weeks ago..Not after the last 2 weeks..

IMO: Cards will Host Dallas in 1st playoff game.

Any team we face will be a good team but I agree with Cheese...Atlanta or Tampa would give us the best home field advantage...

I don't see how anyone would pick the Cards to win this game. The Pats HAVE to win this game. I think we'll see lots of Matt Leinert in this game...

I think that game was more of a mental/emotional letdown than a flat out beating. I could be wrong but I am looking at the whole body of work vs the last game. On the whole the Cards have played well at home vs. quality opponents. In that sense I think they have a chance to win a playoff game at...

1998 playoff team

I didn't...but I did go to the Vikes Cards playoff game in Jan 1999...It was -40 degrees! We did stay at the same hotel as the team and met several players!

3-5 outside the division

4-1 at home (10-3 at home under coach Wiz) and at NFC West Crown...close losses at Carolina (8-3) and Washington (7-4)..the Cards are 7-5 with 3 home games left...Coach Wiz is a BIG improvement over years past IMO...Gotta remember where we were 3 years ago..

The Cardinals can still go undefeated in the division.

People are venting right now..totally understanable after last nights debacle...We will all judge the merits of the 08 Cardinals season after it is finished. If the Cards manage to 1) win the division, 2)host a playoff game, 3)win that game and advance I'm sure most of us fans will be happy with...

The Eagles game proved one thing.

I would disagree to some degree...I think the Cards can lose in NE but win a Playoff game(even at home) and get some degree of respect...if the Cards eek into the playoffs and get spanked at home then yes...I would agree

The Eagles game proved one thing.

That is why I said almost..the Cards handily beat the Rams and Niners but struggled a bit with the Seahawks. If the Cards manage to finish 3-1 or even 2-2 then preseason expectations will have been met. If the Cards finish 1-3 or 0-4 then the season is a bust given the 7-3 start.

The Eagles game proved one thing.

They are what they are...very similar to the 98 playoff team. That year they struggled beating decent teams. The eaked into the playoffs with a 9-7 record. Then they stunned everyone with a road playoff win vs. the Cowboys. They got destroyed in Minnesota and the rest is history. I am gonna ride...
