Colts at Cardinals gameday thread 12-25-2021

So how do the refs upstairs not change this? They have done it on a regular basis this season...

Wk 16-Colts @ Cardinals Pre Game Thread. 12/20/21-12/24/21

I really hope Hudson can play on Saturday. Otherwise I fear that Buckner might destroy our game like Donald did...

If Garcia and Hudson are out (have there been any news regarding his Covid status?) Harlow is the next man up at C, right?

    Truth Hurts...

I am not saying that Kyler is better than Prescott but comparing division titles is not fair when one of them plays in the NFC least and the other one in the arguably toughest division (at least in the last 3 years) in the league.

    That’s Why You Fire Kliff

Matt Nagy also has a better record than Shanahan. Sorry, but there is no team in the league that would take Nagy over Kliff or Shanahan.

    That’s Why You Fire Kliff

Come on, not even after the game yesterday that's a fair comparison. Nagy is by far the worst play caller in the league right now...

    Cardinals -4.5

If the line has really jumped to -4,5 Vegas knows something that the public doesn't yet. Big Covid cluster for example.

    A successful season?

That late into the season and with a record of 10-4 everyone, including myself, seems to be disappointed with the team's performance in the last weeks. So what would it take for you to still call this season a success? I thought about it quite a bit and was asking myself if I would rather see...

Let’s see if Cards media have the courage to ask real questions after this.

Seriously, when was the last time that play has worked for us at even 20% success rate? I still remember getting furious when Palmer was throwing them to Larry without any success...

    Goff Tests Positive for COVID-19

With the new COVID protocols that means he either is unvaccinated or had symptoms in order to get tested today, right? So if he is indeed vaccinated that looks a bit suspicious, that he suddenly got symptoms after the game...

    Playoff Picture 2021

Wow, imo they should change that, why would you give the team with the easier division an advantage there?

    Playoff Picture 2021

So division rivals count aswell for common games? That seems a bit unfair to me, I mean (at least if you are not the Cardinals lol) playing the Panthers twice seems a lot easier than facing the Rams twice...

Trade Kyler Murray while his stock is still hot for 3 first round picks

Awesome, thanks! So there seems to be a trend, but with SF and TEN 2 teams made it at least to a conference championship without dominating in december. Actually crazy when you look at that stats that we would still have a good chance to make the playoffs going 1-5 after 12/1...only the...

Trade Kyler Murray while his stock is still hot for 3 first round picks

Is there actually any statistic that shows that let's say 11-5, 10-6, 9-7 teams that win a great part of their games in december make it any further on average in the playoffs than teams that win more at the beginning of the season? I know people always talk about "getting hot for the playoffs...

    Yeah, Kliff is a problem.

Again, I never said that criticism isn't warranted at that point. And if this was our last regular season game I would probably panic. My view is that I fully expected us to have a phase like that during the season and we still have a whole month until the first playoff game to get back on...

AJ Green has me seeing red!

Well I at least would be very surprised...
  19. A

    Yeah, Kliff is a problem.

Ok, sorry that I missed that!
  20. A

    Yeah, Kliff is a problem.

I didn't say at all that criticism isn't warranted. I just wonder which team isn't fraudulent then? The Cowboys that got beaten horribly by terrible Broncos? Tampa Bay that lost against the WFT a couple of weeks ago and is right now struggling mightely against the Saints? Maybe Green Bay, but...
  21. A

    Yeah, Kliff is a problem.

What I don't really get is why so many people here seem to appreciate wins at the beginning of the season less than later ones? I mean I get the whole "getting hot for the playoffs" sentiment but how many people thought before the season that we would even get 10 wins? Would people here rather...

Other Games December 12th and 13th

And you think it is more likely to win in OT against Rodgers with a really banged up D# than converting a single 2 point conversion?
  24. A

Other Games December 12th and 13th

A FG also beats you when you go for the extra point. Much more likely to prevent a FG in 40 seconds than to beat Rodgers in OT, especially when you look at the Ravens D#

Other Games December 12th and 13th

Good call if you ask me, Ravens have almost nobody left on their Defense so who should stop Rodgers in OT? Much more likely to win this game with a 2 point conversion.
