thought Calais might make the list. Not surprised Larry is #1.

    Tuesday Notes 8/22/17

If you read Arian's book, Amos isn't going anywhere. Bruce won't fire any of his coaches. For whatever reason, ST play dipped significantly since BA came to town. Most everything else has improved though, so I'll live with it. Go Cards!!!

Mathieu and Brandon Williams make pff team of the week

Which is why they were willing to shorten his contract while saving money this season. Bethel/Williams are a interchangeable, with Williams having the higher ceiling. JBet will leave for FA $$$ next year, and Williams takes over the 2. Draft another CB high next year, and we're set at CB for...

Predictions for our first preseason game...

Prediction: I'll have too much to drink before the end of the game, and struggle getting my kids to swim practice at 5:15am the next day. Actually, I'm heading over to a buddy's house for the game. He and his son are fanatical Dallas fans, and I suspect they are hoping to hurl insults at me...

Anyone Make a Deal for NFL Sunday Ticket?

I called a couple of weeks ago to get rid of one of my upstairs boxes that hasn't been connected to a TV in 6 months and they offered me the same 4 payments of $25 for the ST Max package as well.

Updated 53 Week 1 of Camp

Barring injury and potential Flowers signing, I think this is a pretty solid take on our day 1 roster. (other than ST, which I have to admit all three names were foreign to me)

    BA = Begging for Attention?

Sorry, I don't feel inclined to read this entire thread. I finished the new BA book yesterday. Not a lot of new information in it really, especially about the Cardinals. It beaks down the three or four traits that BA thinks are essential for a QB to be successful, and then goes on to...

    Cards @ Skins 12/17

I don't have a ticket yet, but I'm pretty sure I'll be there this time around again. I wouldn't say I've been to all, but most of them dating back to the '98 season. Kids have so many activities at the moment, hard to know what free time I have for myself anymore. Again, not a lot of wins...

BA on Good Morning Football Wednesday (Jul 12)

Heading to the beach on Saturday. Just downloaded it to my kindle. Should be able to knock it out while there. Looking forward to it.

Arizona Cardinals lead the way for specialty license plates

Yea, I've gone through several, and they all fade fairly quickly. I'd really like something a bit more upscale, but unfortunately, I haven't found any that I really like.

Biggest Draft Bust In Arizona Cardinals History

Agree with you that Rosey and Wads couldn't over coming injuries. I'd add the same for Cooper and Hearst, who both flashed great ability early before disappearing following gruesome injuries. IMO, the pick has to be Wendell Bryant, who really only played two seasons, and barely saw the field...

LOL @ Amazon's New "All Or Nothing" Series...The Lambs

I've watched the first three episodes thus far. Don't know if it's that I don't like the team or what, but but it's nowhere near as interesting as the previous season when they documented the Cardinals. Looking forward to Fischer getting canned.

Arizona Cardinals lead the way for specialty license plates

Unfortunately, I had to settle for the Virginia version, but I've had it for almost 17 years. :)

    Mike Jurecki Done at KGME

As an East Coaster (it pains me to write that, but after 25 years, I have to admit I've become one), and having spent the last 15+ years working for a NY Media company, I totally agree. Gambo is just like a lot of the guys I work with.

    Viking guy here. Floyd question

NE picked him up after we cut him. I only remember him playing in their first playoff game, where he dropped a big catch. He was inactive for the AFC Championship and the SB. Confirms my opinion of him. Hope he enjoys his ring. :sarcasm:

Gabbert question: If he's competing to be a starter next year...

Garoppolo is a UFA next year, free to sign wherever he pleases. No compensation due to NE. Carson is two years younger than Brady. Both still playing at a high level. They don't have much left in the tank, but both are still playing better than Manning's last year. Go Cards!!!

Gabbert question: If he's competing to be a starter next year...

If Gabbert makes our roster this year, it'll be as a third stringer, vet-minimum contract. He's only on a one year deal. if he plays next yet, it won't be for the minimum, but should still be a team friendly contract as he (hopefully) won't have shown anything in a meaningful game with us yet...

Bruce Arians: Haason Reddick was better than any QB on draft board

I don't have much faith in Gabbart now, nor did I care for him coming out of college. However, it's impossible to discount the ineptitude of Jacksonville and Chip Kelly in developing an NFL QB. If Bruce see's something in him, I don't see any downside to running him through our system this...

    Daryl Washington has been cut

Wow, didn't expect to see this news today. My opinion, he still sees himself as an elite athlete, and expected to keep his current contract. Whatever bonus he did receive, I'm betting is mostly gone by now. I was ok with letting him hang around through training camp to see if he could...

Do you think we need another WR?

We really have been spoiled with some great WR's for a long time. Chad strikes me as a guy drafted to replace Fitz's dirty work on the line and catching tough balls in the slot. He won't get much play time early, but I can see him making plays all over the field late in the season...
