questions for vikesfan... I'm curious: What method(s) did you use for determining these position needs? Are you an ex- FOOTBALL coach or a super FOOTBALL fan with experience in position grading? Have you reviewed Cardinal game tapes to determine poor performance(s)? Please enlighten me...

Cards Extend Offers To Macklin and Rudd

RugbyMuffin: Bottom line: Every player should earn (win) his job every season. Competition for a position always makes that position stronger.

Cards Extend Offers To Macklin and Rudd

re: Fisher Like jolt said,"kerouac and wildman and the others are entitled to their opinions." I would add that everyone is entitled to his or her opinion concerning Levar whether I agree with it or not. Fish is a big boy now... I am sure that he will prepare for this challenge just like he...

Seriously... I have often wondered this... Why couldn't we split out Freddie Jones to make a 3 receiver set? Wouldn't that create a few coverage problems?

Ht/Wt/Bench Press of OL at Combine

I see that my darkhorse choice at OG, Sean Locklear, pushed 225 a respectable 27 reps.... I bet his stock rises when he runs a 4.8 - 4.9 in the "dash".

Walter Mitchell on Senior Bowl prospects

Several college coaches said the equivalent when it came to signing Rivers as a QB. I can remember statements during his FR and SOPH years concerning the "hitch" in his throwing motion. The only people who seem to worry about his delivery now are ESPN game analysts and Kiper types. I have...

Riffed twice in just over a year

Many NC school systems have plant operations managers and facility project managers. Does this correlate well with a facility/construction project manager type position? I am only familiar with the Carteret County School system's needs (Morehead City area).

    Could This Happen?

Re: Re: FWIW... ] IMO, giving anyone 6 million per season is ridiculous. However, Phillip has the stats and performances in big games to back up a first round selection. He is just as close to a sure thing as anyone in this draft.

    Crazy Idea.....
