Guess who got the Lakers in position to win that game - Tyler Ennis! Yes, the Tyler Ennis McD packaged with the Lakers pick to get Knight. The Tyler Ennis who frequently gets lumped with Marshall as two of McD's mistakes. His line tonight: 23 min, 7/9 FG, 4/5 3pt, 5 ast and 0 TO. (Russell: 34 m, 6/19 FG, 2/8 3pt, 4 ast 5 TO.)

I liked Ennis and have followed him since the trade. Milwaukee had 4 PG's plus Giannis as the defacto PG when he was on the floor so Ennis got little chance with them, even tho they insisted he be included in the trade if you recall. This was his best game to date but he's generally played on a par with Russell in skimpy minutes.

With three games remaining between them — two for Los Angeles and one for Phoenix — a combined one Lakers win or Suns loss would secure the second-worst NBA record for Phoenix.

Suns schedule: at Sacramento.

Lakers schedule: vs. New Orleans, at Golden State.

Could GS rest guys that last game? I haven't been watching the top of the standings. LOL.

Kudos to the Suns for dropping 15 of their last 16 while enjoying a feel-good moment (Devin Booker’s 70-pointer) and developing Tyler Ulis as their own version of The One That Got Away (Isaiah Thomas). Seriously, kudos. When you can tank AND build hope, that’s the Tankapalooza 2017 dream personified. - Bill Simmons

I can't believe it comes down to just one game now to take #2 slot for ourselves. At least it's an away game. But if the suns win and the Lakers win we still are at #2. It's like having an insurance policy on the game.

We will lose @Sacramento.

It is an away game, no shame in tanking as hard as possible.

For Sacramento it is the 2nd last game of the season so not necessarily a must lose game plus it is their last home game. Hopefully they want to go out with a win at home.

Plus Sacramento has lesser incentive to tank as they must swap their pick with Philly if it is worse. Of course that still means if they win the lottery they would still get Phillies #5 or 6 pick instead of their own #8.

Sacramento has no reason to lose. The Suns do. But I don't think that matters at all to our players. We have a great likelihood of winning if our team is better.

If we sit Booker, then, all bets are off. Its a loss.

Crazy things happen towards the end of the season, teams unexpectedly winning and teams unexpectedly losing. It happens every season. This is why it is so hard to predict the standings especially for teams at the bottom of the pack.

It's hard to believe the Suns beat the Thunder twice.

Maybe they signed Millsap so they could sit Booker?

No russell for lakers against new Orleans tomorrow, but no cousins and no davis for new Orleans.

I'll take that tradeoff, hopefully it doesn't come to that and we do the correct thing against the kings.

I can see the Suns wanting to win last game since it was the last home crowd of the year. Reward the fans. Now, I know they know the standings, etc. so I would not be surprised if they get stats in the game and then shut it down.

Sit warren, booker, ulis and chriss (who is banged up anyway). If your rotation is only 7 guys, who cares it is the last game of the season.

If Chriss is banged up then he should sit, let Bender start. Let Bender start even if Chriss can play. I'd like to see Bender play 30+ minutes.
