What the hell Cavs? Youre trying to win it all right now and you take some anemic kid from the Congo that NBAdraft.net doesn't even have projected to get selected so you can stash him over sees for a few years?

Blair, Young and Summers fall to the second round. I had them in top 25. I'll bet they go really fast now though.

Congrats Jeff! Too bad he just barely missed out on the 3 years of the guaranteed money.

EDIT: Jeff traded to the Blazers, I know thats where he really wanted to go because of McMillan, so congrats.

I'm still shocked Blair is still on the board. Is it height keeping teams away from him (just under 6'7") for a PF?

and no ACLs!

EDIT: haha the fan shouting out "Because he sucks!" when Scott asked Thorn about Vince was perfect timing.

Of course Spurs end up getting in the second round the guy projected to go in the lottery.

I actually don't mind Budinger with a mid to late 2nd round pick. He can run, shoot and jump and will be cheap scorer off the bench. That fits the team the Suns are putting together.

Would have loved Jonas, but Detroit paid us back for taking Clark ahead of them...

I'm happier with Clark. :)

Course, if the rumours about his knees are true, Blair will fit right in with a geriatric Spurs team in a few more years.

Nice kid - if his NBA career is short due to the knees, at least he might get a ring with SA out of it.

Budingers got to be the top guy left on most teams boards, I cant imagine him sliding another 7 picks. Though the Suns should take him if he does, he can help with wing depth for sure.

With our two second rounders, you'd think that we might be able to move up a few slots to nab him. Throw in the $500,000 we got from Cleveland.

The picks and money might be a bit much to move up for him, but he's gone now. I wouldn't have been upset about the 2 picks for him though.

Enjoy Detroit Chase.

Its really tough to say what the Suns should do not knowing for total certain if the Amare deal is real and who they got back in that. These picks may give us some hints.

The Suns could really go with any of the 3 big positions.
