I stand behind my "dufus" comment when it comes to fans evaluating if a ballplayer is helping or hurting his team -- our team.

It's a chore to visit the Dbacks forum here because it's basically just you complaining about every little thing.

C'mon, there is a lot more to this forum than my posts. And do really expect to see every opinion to be a carbon copy of yours? Food for thought!

Goldy also leads our team in stolen bases... he's really not a "lumbering" firstbaseman at all...

and his 42 doubles lead the team and is 2nd in the NL.

The DBack leaders are Goldschmidt (our lumbering 1B) with 9 on the year and Montero (our husky C) with 8 on the year.

It's essentially less common than HBP. The things that still matter the most are NOT making outs and getting XBH.
