Marshall with a pretty good game, wow I'm surprised. Hope he can build on that. Especially with his shooting.

The Morris twins are playing stellar but one has to remember that these guys have years of experience. They should be expected to dominate like this. It would be more of a concern if they didn't rather than applauding them for playing well.

Still, very good game for them both. Marcus making a case to be stretch 3 that we desperately need.

Great comeback win by the Suns to beat Minnesota at the buzzer. The Morris twins really lit it up as did Marshall to pull out the win. Marcus hit the game winner. I'm liking Dionte Christmas as a FA keeper. Goodwin did not play well today.

Yea I'm liking Christmas too. Its shame that we have so many guards on guaranteed contracts (Dragic, Bledsoe, Marshall, Brown, Goodwin) or else I would say that he's a lock to make the roster.

I'm not sold on Marshall but his game appears improved from last season. His shooting stroke appears improved and it appears he is faster if that is possible. He chased down one ball in the corner he had no right getting to.

At least I have hope for him being a third PG.

I know its only 2 Summer League games, but Ben Mclemore, who alot of people really wanted in this draft including myself, is shooting 22% from the field 2-18 from 3pt range

It's just easier to criticize the selection of Len than to talk about McLemore.

Well, even though I criticized the selection of Len, it had nothing to do with McLemore. I didn't really want McLemore by that time anyway, I just didn't like the idea of Len. I've always been concerned about his injury issues but other than that I've grown a little more comfortable with our draft choice. I won't ever second guess it based on McLemore's success or failure as Ben pretty much blew us off from all accounts.

NBA channel is worthless. 1st game they tape delayed until 10pm, and they won't even show this one. :mulli:

Same here. I did get a miniature stream from somewhere on the internet that was full of advertisement.

It's the age of the DVR, I could care less when they show the game as long as they show it. Today's game against Minnesota is on the NBA channel on Tuesday morning at 9 AM Pacific time (or at least it is for me, I don't know if you guys get blacked out).

Just watch it off the ESPN app. They have this game on replay for anyone who missed it and wants to watch it.

I thought the Suns should go big with their first draft selection, but my choice Bennett, was already gone. I think he was your choice as well. Of the remaining big men I think it came down to Len, Noel and Adams. Adams was the only one who wasn't injured but he was very raw. I can only hope Len can get healthy. Sometimes I just get tired of the Len naysayers who wanted McLemore or someone else seemingly taking delight in Len's injuries.

Oladipo seems to be doing well. 19 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals per game. Shooting 37% or so, but still, pretty good.

Yeah I was pushing for Bennett all season long but even though he ended up going number one, I still think there's a good chance he'll be a bust. Once he was off the board I was hoping that Porter or Oladipo would fall to us. I wouldn't have been thrilled with Victor, merely okay, but the only other player I liked well enough to take top 10 was McCollum and I expected him to be available for a trade down. It would have made this year a little boring but I would have jumped at the chance to trade out of this draft completely and into a future year.

Zeller looks pretty good as well. If they were both available as well as Bennett, who knows who the Suns would select. I'm thinking not many players out of this draft will have a special career.

I think he was the #1 target for the Suns with Zeller being #2 and Len being #3.

I remember a lot of buzz about how Minny wanted to get ahead of the Suns to get Oladipo cause word on the street was that we loved him and were gonna take him no doubt if he was available. And then there were also rumors that Zeller impressed the Suns at their workout and that we liked him also.

I'm not going to watch those miniature looking players scamper across my laptop screen anymore. :D

Thanks for the link though.
Hahah ok. And like someone said before, the game is being shown again tomorrow morning on NBA TV.

Thanks for information, but don't you know it's early in the morning.

I sure miss Harry Nilsson.

The ESPN feed sucks. The sound and video keeps getting out of sync.

Thoughts so far.

1. Of the Diante's, we should keep Christmas and drop Garrett.
2. Keep giving Marshall minutes, the better he looks, the easier to move him.
3. Is it my imagination or does it seem like the Morris's move in slow motion. They are big, aggressive, confident, and they can shoot. They will both be solid rotation players in the league for a while. They could even be "keep them honest" type of players as lesser starters. It is amazing how useful you can be if you can shoot and put out effort on defense.
4. Goodwin should have stayed in school. He needs to go to d-league so he can get minutes. He has not progressed enough where minutes in real NBA games would be helpful. You can see the talent, and he will likely progress quickly. I would leave him in the D-League until after the new year.
5. Tucker seems to be the same guy wherever he plays and whatever the competition level.

sorry, but this is OBNOXIOUS. No one's delighting in Len's injuries. people may be pissed because their biggest fears might already be becoming true, but to say that people here are happy about it is insulting.

Huh?

Len was #1 on the board by all accounts. And had he been drafted the Suns would have taken Burke.
Michael Carter-Williams was high on their list too.

We don't know how Oladipo, Zeller, Bennett or Porter would have slotted in between Len and Burke.
