69 points in the first half, in Miami, in the Finals, and the Miami coach better hide while someone on the team goes nuts. They better bust chairs, call each other out, and then sing kumbiya before they come out because like Cheese said, they can't exhaust them selves if this game becomes out of reach. Playing against Pops and a 20 point deficit going into the second half is close to out of reach. Spurs just came out upset.

The Heat can get back into it if they continue to shoot well from three-point range (7-14 in the first half). Otherwise it's going to be very difficult.

the Heat are making their run, but man they are expending A TON of energy. They pretty much have to play perfect basketball here on in just to stay close and LeBron looks exhausted already. You just can't get down 26 points at home against a team as good as the Spurs.

Yamon, you called that shizzle early and it makes funky logic love with the benches. Even though Duncan, Nobli, and Parker are old ass dirt. Plus I got Pops way over the Meat coach, it's like watching Gentry play Pops, one step behind the whole time... kind of balances out the momentum and the talent difference.

Pops is going to run the crap out of the Heat, you can tell he told his squad to keep it high tempo.

Heat making this big run with LeBron on the bench, getting him some rest for the fourth.

LeBron definitely looks tired out there tonight.

Lebron walked on that one, he just used up some street cred with the refs by bitching about it.

Allen says I'm your Huckleberry and Pops goes TO quick like.

he's such a smart coach. every time I think that team needs a TO, Pop is right there with one to stop a run. DA used to drive me freaking nuts with his inability to call timeouts at the right time and Horny bothered me with that this year as well. Hoping it was just growing pains for Horny in his first year because he did everything else really well.

you're probably right...they will make a run, but one that makes up a 26 point deficit? likely not, which means they'll have to push all game long uphill which could leave them tired for Game 4 whereas SA with this huge lead can delve out minutes with their ridiculously deep bench, spelling guys if needed keeping them fresh for another game with this one likely already in the bag.

8 mins left and they're in striking distance... But, they may have expended too much energy to get here....

True that, you have to control the match ups to squash the momentum, Pops has a hammer like Thor.

this game could impact them going into Game 4. They just spent a TON of energy in a game they basically got killed in. That's bad news for a quick turnaround on Thursday.
