Three game sevens tonight... what a first round this is! So far the Hawks are holding their own against the Pacers... leading 32-31 at the moment.

The parity in the NBA right now is amazing. I think this is what JC envisioned when they made all the big rule changes years ago.

Thunder v. Clippers should be ridiculously entertaining.

I was hoping the Raptors could beat the Nets wallet.

i wanted this too just because it'd be nice to see that overpriced team lose.

but now the Nets have the best chance at beating the heat.

I can't cheer for the Nets in the East.

I think the Raptors lost due to inexperience more than a talent discrepancy. I don't know if the Nets can beat the Heat but I see it going at least 6 games and if it were the Raptors who played the Heat I think that would last 5 games tops.

Parity...eh. The Blazers are still the only team that pulled off a true upset. OKC, SAS, LAC, and Indiana all advanced to the 1st round like everyone expected them to...it just took a bit longer.

man...you gotta figure Vogel gets fired, right? The Pacers "survive" losing what would have been an incredibly embarrassing series to the Hawks...and then come out in Game 1 at home and lay another egg against Washington? What happened to that team just makes very little sense.

A related question, which is a big part of the equation, what has happened to Roy Hibbert?

Gortat is the man with 12 points, 15 rebounds and 3 blocks.

I wonder if Slin still sticks to his Lopez is better then Gortat theory.

Hibbert looks like he has lost all confidence. The Pacers look pretty mediocre right now and could very well get bounced in 4 or 5

dude you are making it just too easy for me

in fact Lopez has proven exactly that this entire season but you are probably too ignorant to realize that.

Lopez

.176 WS/48
128 Ortg (leads the entire league, Chris Paul is 2nd at only 124)
107 Drtg
7.0 OWS (14th in the entire league)
17.6 PER
14% USG
11ppg 8.5rpg 1apg 1.7bpg 1topg 55%FG 82%FT 31.7mpg

Gortat
.146 WS/48
112 Ortg
103 Drtg
4.1 OWS
17.6 PER
18% USG
13ppg 9.5rpg 1.7apg 1.5bpg 1.6topg 54%FG 68%FT 32.8mpg

Roy Hibbert is btw playing historically bad basketball.
