Bogdan Bogdanovic hits the game winning shot in Turkish Cup championship.

Here are some comments from Paul Coro's article at azcentral.

Serbian guard Bogdan Bogdanovic, the Suns' No. 27 overall pick in 2014, made a game-winning 3-pointer in the final seconds of Sunday's Turkish Cup championship to give Fenerbahce a 67-65 victory in Bursa.

Bogdanovic was named the cup's Most Valuable Player from the Turkish Basketball Federation, whose chief executive officer is former Suns player Hedo Turkoglu.

“What can I say, I was just following my emotions and imagination,” Bogdanovic told tbf.org. “It’s amazing, this happens once in a lifetime.”

I'm thinking the Suns need to bring him over.

Will he want to come. I do think that this summer would be the right time for his development.

I haven't heard anything about Bogdan joining the Suns lately. The summer would be a good time to add him. I'm hoping he will decide to come but adding Bogdan and potentially 4 draft picks (3 first round picks and an early second pick) in the 2016 draft will be a bit much. IMO, the Suns undoubtedly would want to trade some of them. In the 2013 draft the Suns tried to trade a pick or two but were unsuccessful.

Also for anyone who cares, Jason Thompson (PF) was released by the Warriors.

I would be all for trading picks to move up in the draft. The Suns will have:

1-5 pick
10-15 pick
26-28 pick
33-35 pick

I would trade the second rounder to move up a few spots with the Cleveland pick. Say 18-20. This would especially be true if Sabonis was available.

I would trade the Cleveland and second round pick to move up a few spots with the Wizards pick. Maybe 7-9.

I would trade all three lower picks to move up from 3 to 2 in the draft, but that would not be enough to do it.

That all depends if a player we like is available. Turn quantity into quality.

I'm all for turning quantity into quality. I'd trade the Wizards pick and the Cleveland pick to move up in the draft keeping the Suns first round pick. Also there is the scenario of your example of moving up like from 3-2. However, as I mentioned it might be like the 2013 draft and there are no takers. Maybe the Suns work a trade during the draft for a player, hopefully keeping the Suns first round pick. Also the Suns might use the shotgun approach and keep all their picks and making some foreign stash picks.

Dragic is killing it in Miami without Wade and Bosh. Their actually playing uptemp and fast break style offense now and winning too. Now many of their fans are starting to wonder if it's even worth resigning Wade this summer lol.

12 more points and 12 more shots per game for Miami without Wade. They managed to win a slow game tonight with Wade. They may have finally figured out they need to play Dragic without Wade as much as possible.

It's a tough situation- Wade has been the face of the franchise for over a decade now, he's taken pay cuts, he's been a great team player. It's hard to just not re-sign him.

24 points and 5 assists in 41 minutes still does not justify his contract.

If Miami tries to build around Dragic we can be happy for our picks, as Dragic has never managed to play winning basketball while being "the guy".

On what grounds does it not make sense to wait and see how this one plays out before tearing off on one like you're Nostradamus? Go read the Miami boards and see what they think about his contract, look at season 13-14, look at his plus / minus with and without Wade - dragic deserves time before categorically concluding one way or the other.

I think Wade should offer to perhaps sacrifice and take a minimal bench role with the team now like a Manu Ginobili role. It may actually help him prolong his career too because all these minutes will take its toll on a player who has already played so much and dealt with so many injuries.

They don't need to "build around" him, and he doesn't need to be "the guy."
He just needs the ball in his hands and he needs to run.

The problem is that Wade sacrificed for much of his career. Sacrificing for LeBron is one thing, and sacrificing for Dragic is another. I am not disagreeing with you that he would benefit from it, but I just don't think he is inclined to.

He is extremely effective without Wade- I don't think anyone reasonable would disagree with that. Most of the valid criticism comes from his age, his contract, and inability to be effective when he doesn't dictate the tempo and has the ball in his hands.

The point is wins. That team is better without Wade, period. Right now the team is sacrificing for Wade. Teams destroy themselves when they get overly attached to older, ineffective players.

Would you trade Knight and the #3 pick (for instance) to move up to the #2 pick?

I dont follow ex Suns players and could careless what they do on other teams. But if I were to take a guess Id say playing with Wade is the problem? He's another player who always needs the ball.

What a surprise. Goran can actually run a team without Wade. But, what do I know?

I don't think so unless you think the #2 pick is going to be a star. Right now I think I would draft #3 under this scenario and trade Knight in a separate trade. Who would you draft #2?

Ingram is the no-brainer answer, and if Ingram is taken 1st, then you take Simmons.

I don't think Ingram is worth trading from Knight and #3 for #2 especially since we already have Warren. I'd be open to it if it was Knight and #3 for Simmons.

Overall I think Ingram might have a slight edge over Simmons, but for the Suns Simmons would be the better fit by far.

This seems to be the way draft sites see it, Ingram at #2. However, if this is the case, maybe we should be studying the options at 3-5. It would be nice if the Suns got the #1 or #2 pick though.

Any thoughts about Dragan Bender (PF). He would seem to fill an area of need and he is projected to be about where the Suns are drafting.

I would do it. Ingram will be a star IMO. I would not let having Warren deter me in the least. And I am not as "anti" Knight as most.
