Do the rules change this year in regards to fan voting only accounting for 50% of the totals for the All-Star starters? I can't believe that Ginobili #8 for the guards in votes so far with Jeremy Lin being #8 in the East after only playing 12 games with fairly pedestrian numbers.

Stockton has to be first... he set records for assists per season IIRC. Nash second I imagine, though Isaiah racked up some pretty big seasons. Oscar might be the running, too.

I'm sure he's the all time leader and he probably did it at the quickest pace too. But it seems to me that Magic racked up a lot of assists in a short period of time too.
