You think Fultz will ever get out of his own head?

Well, the thing is that he had a decent shot. I want to know what the hell happened to it. This is just really bizarre. However, theoretically, we know that he was able to shoot at one point, so maybe it's reasonable to expect that he will figure it out again?

I would be surprised if Philly could get a lottery pick for Fultz, or a pick from a non-playoff team. They still owe Boston a pick for him since the protection they had on it didn't convey last draft. Boston will get the better pick between Philly or Sacramento this year, Philly got Sacramento's pick from the Nik Staukus trade. So they'll end up paying a 1st round pick for Fultz this year but now that he's seeking a trade they may not even have him. Good thing Anthony Bennett flamed out of the NBA in 2 years so Fultz won't go down as the biggest bust at #1 ever but that has to be one of the worst trades in draft history.

I agree but that doesn't mean they'll be willing to admit their mistake and sell him for his current value. I'd give them the Milwaukee pick and Bender or maybe Anderson with a bad contract coming our way. Which is to say, I wouldn't give them much.

Dukes losin on FREESPN.

Duke loses, that's never a bad thing. But I'm surprised how few touches Zion had down the stretch. He went for 22 and 10 with 4 blocks and 2 steals. It looks to me though that there are too many heroes on that Blue Devil squad right now.

Yeah Barrett is given the greenlight to shoot a TON of shots. I’m surprised how many 20+ shot nights I’m seeing from him. Zion had a terrific game again. I wonder how much zion’s press is causing Barrett to compensate with even greater volume in attempts to garner attention. He was the #1 ranked player entering college. I wonder if zion’s shadow bothers him.

I suspect it does. But still, it seemed like the only good possession Duke had in the final 3 or 4 minutes was that pass to Zion in the middle of the key. And I think that was the only time he touched it other than a nice assist pass from Z.

RJ is averaging over 20 shots a game which could create a problem for Duke. Even Reddish was on the bench during the comeback. You can’t keep everyone happy.

yup. and even though that wasn't a highlight play, did anyone else notice the ridiculous lift he got on that leaner? Dude's got springs in his shoes whether he's running full-speed or standing still.

Yeah, it was just so smooth and effortless, like he could do it all day against anyone. Makes you wonder why Barrett and company kept opting to drive into a crowded lane or force up outside shots when they had such a weapon available to them.

Anyone of us could make up this type of rumor. Both Hawks players are expiring contracts.

The Suns invested two first round draft picks in Bridges.

It would be strictly a money dump.

It's clear that the Suns are ridiculously undervaluing Mikal Bridges at present, so I wouldn't rule out a horrible move like this.

here's a hail Mary pass
as i mentioned before -- Fultz to the Suns for spare parts

he's a real problem child and he wants a fresh start
we're the only team in the league desperate enough for a pg
and, working on our 2nd year of being the worst team in the league
we can't go any lower
playing Fultz would be another ticket to tank without trying to tank

if he gets his act together it would be like winning the lottery again
if he doesn't, we could win the lottery again

https://sports.yahoo.com/report-mar...eam-dealing-right-wrist-injury-010034837.html

unfortunately, under Igor, the latter has better odds

perhaps i should just win the Mega Million lottery and buy the team from Sarver

I read on my yahoo fantasy site that James Jones does not want Mikal chasing guards around. But the best lineup is with Booker and Mikal as the guards. Could get interesting around Christmas for the Suns.

My biggest NBA pet peeve is this thing where one site reports a "rumor" and the source is Fansided or something stupid like that. And then, when you check the original article, the random fan who wrote the original article isn't even saying it's a rumor...it's just a really dumb trade idea this random fan came up with in order to improve his team.

So I could make my own site or get hired by any one of the countless stupid sites out there and write a trade idea article about how the Suns should offload Josh Jackson. If one of my insanenly stupid and ill-informed trades was Josh Jackson and the Milwaukee pick for Damian Lillard, one of these content-needy sites may pick it up and say, "According to ColdPickleLies.net, the Blazers could trade Damian Lillard."

Then, someone on a Blazers message board will critique Neil Olshey for having the audacity to even consider trading Dame, like he had absolutely anything to do with it. It's the worst.

I was looking over point guards in the league, and one guy I keep coming back to is Spencer Dinwiddie.

He's 25 and on an upward trajectory. His shooting efficiency has been a huge problem in the past, but he is showing strong signs of improvement this year. Still one of the better assist-to-turnover guards who put up legit assist numbers. Great size, and his mentality seems to have improved as well. He's been outstanding off the bench for Brooklyn and seems to be emerging as a 6th Man of the Year candidate.

https://www.nba.com/nets/news/previ...berwolves-dinwiddie-gets-an-early-endorsement

The Nets have Russell and Levert plus a lot of cap space saved for the summer, which means Dinwiddie could probably be had for the right price.

https://bleacherreport.com/articles...-love-4-year-48m-contract-extension-with-nets

"Scotto noted the Nets can present Dinwiddie with a maximum contract of four years and $48 million starting on Dec. 8, but if he accepted it during the season, the team likely wouldn't be able to offer two max deals to free agents next summer."
