Ish Wainright's contract is not guaranteed and Isaiah Todd seems like a long shot to make the team even though his contract is guaranteed.

It would be awfully easy to get to 14 players if the Suns wanted too. Plus there are 3 two-way contract spots open.

Everyone keeps saying there are 3 2-way spots, but Saben Lee is already on one. So we have 2 left.

There is a cap hold for Saban Lee on a two-way contract for the upcoming season but I'm not sure if the Suns have picked it up.

After doing some checking, the Suns tendered a two-way qualifying offer to Saban Lee so he is a restricted free agent.

The Suns pulled their offer on Jock Landale for obvious reasons.

That part annoyed me! Every native person I worked with had one of those. I think they are good for outreach in AZ.

I'm not from Arizona or even the US, but I've followed the Suns since the late '80s. It was always purple, and all teams wore white or a light color at home. I think that was a good thing. The turquoise has grown on me, so if they could start winning some games in them, I'd be okay with dropping some of the orange and gray with some turquoise uniforms.

Isaiah Todd could be waived if necessary and Ish Wainright's salary is not guaranteed, so it's relatively easy for the Suns to clear a roster spot.

Also, we get to carry extra guys until the regular season begins. I know it allows you to look at guys, but you have to cut them at some point. If they have any value, not sure their agents won't find them deals elsewhere, even if that's over seas.

This one explains how trading the twins to NJ took away Yuta's minutes, thereby allowing the Suns to get him on the cheap... A "poor man's Cam Johnson"???

Also, the Yuta KD connection in NJ is pretty interesting...

I think I would like to sign Bol Bol. The player that Bol should most mimic is KD. This would be the perfect place for him to develop his game.

Think we could be sleeping on Todd a little bit. Obviously his stats were very bad, albeit in very sporadic minutes. However, watching his highlights it is very clear that he has some skill and a very nice shooting stroke.

Yeah, Todd looked much better in the video highlights from the G-League than the NBA.

The G-League team was pretty good, 3rd in the East. They have 30 teams too, 15 and 15 like the NBA. Goodwin averaged 19 points 5 assists and 7 rebounds there in 4 games. The G-League is weird though how they split it up and kind of have 2 seasons now, the Showcase Cup and then the regular season and playoffs. So maybe you saw just stats for playoffs or the cup.
