As much time as they have spent at Hernandez' house, IMO he's the prime suspect & the thought of him being considered just a person who obstructed justice is naive. Today they were searching his pond with metal detector's...he's número uno IMO.
Or his buddies, eh?

He could simply be an accomplice which makes him fry too.

Jimmy Hoffa might be in there.

lmao

I guess the question in my mind is why would you destroy a perfectly good cell phone and security system unless you were trying to hide something or protect someone?

With technology they have today authorities will probably be able to find something on the phone and security system. Arrests will be made once they feel they have enough evidence to hold a suspect either without bail or a really high bail.

Latest Updates.

For the first time since last week, Hernandez's lawyer broke his silence Monday, saying his client has been subjected to "a relentless flood of rumors, misinformation and false reports," including unsubstantiated accounts in some media outlets late last week that an arrest warrant had been issued in connection with the investigation.

CNN did not report that a warrant had been issued, and a law enforcement source told CNN Monday, "there is no arrest warrant. It wasn't true last week and it isn't true today."

Drunk.

Because you can.

Odd sense of humor.

It could be one of these however it is very interesting that he went all ape sh*t over the phone and security system right after one of his associates was found dead a mile from his house. Must of been coincidence. The world is full of coincidences.

It will be interesting to see what the charges are. If it is Obstruction of Justice, I think they go after him first to get him to say who did it and scare him with the max for covering up the crime and bargin 2-3 if he talks. Obstruction of Justice also has to mean they do not have enough to pin it on him.

Now, if it is Murder and they took this long to chrage him, they have enough evidence to send him away for a long time.

Patriots have just released Aaron Hernandez, they know hes guilty

That is interesting, they must have insight to the charges. Or at the very least, they know he is going to go prison for the next couple of years at a very mininum and want to put it behind them now rather than later.

Patriots ; We are only going to talk about players that are currently members of this team .
That would be the way to snuff out distractions .

The pats stuck with Edleman when he was going through his charges so its not like they always cut bait at the sight of legal issues so this could be an insight that they what is to come.

Just released by the Patriots. Absolutely the right move by the Pats. Good job by the Patriots, this has to be hard for them too.

Not necessarily. They could possibly just be divorcing themselves from a bad seed, guilty or not. It's speculative to assume Hernandez was released based on any guilt or innocence.

Dont be naive all the pats beat writers are saying the pats know the charges and they had their own team find out what was going on. Kraft has connections with the state police, he knows the evidence.

They are just speculating. All of the documents related to the case, including search warrants, have been impounded, meaning the public can't see them.

The Patriots see a bad situation getting worse and were already leery of this kid's future (currently being sued for shooting someone in the face, etc).

They just cut ties with him so they are no longer inundated with requests to speak on the matter. Simple as that.

They do not know whether he is guilty or not - no one does. We can all suspect he may or may not be guilty, but in this country you are still innocent until PROVEN guilty.

Seriously

How dumb can u get!!!!!!

Ignorance hits a new low

It's because ur hiding evidence of a crime

I honestly can't believe how dumb people are

So people just analyzing all different angles vs just calling him guilty of murder when we still have no facts means you can call people dumb?

Rather rude, IMO to call people dumb because they believe in the legal system, due process and proving that someone is guilty before we hang them.

Not necessarily. They could possibly just be divorcing themselves from a bad seed, guilty or not. It's speculative to assume Hernandez was released based on any guilt or innocence.

This. At the very least he will not have his mind on football until this is done and if he is found innocent, he is still guilty of putting himself and his team in bad spots.

That hasnt been the case in this country for a long time but thats a different topic.

If you think that Kraft a billionaire owner and figure head in MA didnt call some inside source with the state police asking how bad does it look then you dont know how this works much. It happens on lower levels in every town. I know from working and networking with company owners and city "big shots"

They were just impounded and sealed yesterday. No telling what was shared before that.

And IMO they were sealed because the evidence and charges are going to be more serious than Obstruction.

Correct and as of last night sources told people that if and when he was arrested the pats would release him shortly after.
