Yeah, there has to be thousands of other people out there that destroyed their cell phone, destroyed their home surveillance system, and had their home intensively cleaned less than 24 hours after witnesses identify a murdered man as being in a car rented to them found less than a mile from where they live. It might drop to just a few hundred that also just happened to shoot another guy in the face, like the murder victim was, just a few months before.


I'm sure it's all good, just a coincidence at worst.

I think he has a good chance of beating any charges brought against him. In fact, his crude attempts at a coverup could actually pay off with a DA deciding there is not enough evidence to even bother with arresting him.

What info do you possess at this point that would enable you to prove beyond a reasonable doubt (92%) that he committed a crime? The funny part about all of this is that you keep telling us to use our brains while you are the one having a hard time comprehending what we are saying to you. No in here has once said he is innocent, we are all letting the judicial system work its course with actual facts before coming to any conclusions of what exactly he is guilty of, while you have already purchased the needles to inject him with. Interesting to note the guy getting choked just died a couple of weeks ago.

We need to wait and see with Hernandez, but handing over a broken cell phone and destroying your security system isn't helping matters.

They'll probably also have GPS locations and other data via cellphones pinging wherever they were at the time forensics says he died. It could be that one of the suspect's phones had their GPS on.

From what we've seen it doesn't seem like it was a well thought out plan.

Innocent until proven guilty. But he does look on the surface guilty of something. An obstruction of justice charge is the bare minimum of what he'll probably be charged with.

It also doesn't help him that they are taking their time, making sure they have a strong case to put against him or others around him. It is also telling that they went back in because then they can 'notice the difference' since it appears he hired cleaning people. They might even be able to contact that service and get some evidence.

It'll eventually go to trial and we'll learn more. Expect this to be the next Lacy Peterson, Natalie Holloway, Jon Benet Ramsay, O.J. Simpson, Jodi Arias court tv/24 hour news spectacle.

As much time as they have spent at Hernandez' house, IMO he's the prime suspect & the thought of him being considered just a person who obstructed justice is naive. Today they were searching his pond with metal detector's...he's número uno IMO.

The police have said he has not been rules out as a suspect, so on one in here is denying that he is UNDER investigation. Beyond that, AGAIN, no one knows what they are looking for or what evidence they have found. As far are the pond, it is about 200 yards from where the guy was murdered, so I hope they would look in it.
