Arizona Cardinals Practice Squad

WR Brittan Golden, CB Harlan Miller, TE Ifeanyi Momah, LB Shaq Riddick, RB Elijhaa Penny, WR Chris Hubert, TE Hakeem Valles, OT Givens Price

According to SBNation, also:
QBs Aaron Murray & Zac Dysert

http://www.sbnation.com/2016/9/4/12759136/2016-nfl-practice-squad-signings-waiver-claims-tracker

That's 8 offensive players & 2 defensive... although I expect 1 of the QBs to get cut in a week or two after they've had time to evaluate them.

What's ironic about this is that I think Murray fits better in BA's offense while Barkley fits(or would've fitted) better in Reid's offense.

Yes...he was 3rd string RT. DeBord was 3rd string LT. I thought Price looked very athletic, but raw (expected).

Barkley isn't going to Reid's offense, he's going to the Bears.

Don't worry, he'll be available again, soon enough.
If they want him back, they can bring him back at anytime, as long as he in on the Bear's practice squad anyway. When Palmer went down, the Cardinals brought back Lindley from San Diego's practice squad.

Interesting that Lindley is brought up. I would put he and Barkley in the same catagory.

I realize they can bring him back, I just wonder why they would want to. o_O

Without looking in depth at their individual skills, Murray and Barkley are pretty much the same guy. High profile pocket passer recruits that went to major programs, were good but not elite in college, drafted in mid to late rounds of the draft (I would have to double check Murray's draft position) and have done little while in the league.

IMO Barkley was a good guy to have learning behind Palmer and this team ahould have kept 3 qbs. He seemed to pick up the offense much better than Stanton in a much shorter time, but we have no choice but to trust BA in this decision

This s board has gotten as ignorant as I've ever seen.
People here talk like 4th grade
Their knowledge of football is far far less than my 5th grade son who has season tickets

This board was once the 'the place' to find AZ Cards info...it's become a low level intelligence...and worse yet the LAST place to find what's going on with the team. ESPN post faster than the forum here does now.
Disappointed in what this place has become

Forgot to add, does anyone expect any changes with veterans being picked up after Week One, and salaries don't have to be guaranteed?
