This feels like Jureki is just throwing ish against the wall to see what sticks at this point.

This was verbatim from his interview w/ Washington.
What/when was that interview? And since Washington hasn't said a single thing, still wouldn't surprise me if Jureki was making ish up. Reporters do it all the time to drive traffic.

I don't think Jurecki is the type of reporter you make him out to be.
I think the deafening silence from the NFLPA and the Cards themselves speaks volumes - more so than DWASH's own silence...
Also according to Jurecki, the NFLPA has Washington's file. Previously, it was speculated the players association was not supporting Washington. NFLPA attorney Heather McPhee has the Washington file, while NFL Senior VP of labor policy Adolpho Birch is on the other side. It sounds like a court filing could be on the horizon if it hasn't already happened, because of the lack of a ruling.

FINALLY looks promising. FRESH START - YES! What a relief that will BE!
Who knows what's happening, but the NFL owners need to push for a cleaning house of the league office. They are simply incompetent.
I'm not trying to be a buzzkill but that article is almost four months old now.
Taking over for GravesAgree. One things for sure, the lack of transparency and the way Goddel and co. handle punishments altogether is really mind boggling.

No the NFLPA has his back.
I don't know what's happening, but given the fact we've learned the NFL is run by incompetent people, it very well might just be circumstantial.

DWash has an NFLPA rep working on his behalf.
To be fair, Jess Root has no access and could have no idea about where Washington's file is. He's repeating something that Jurecki said.
People running victory laps over a promising article from March is pretty hilarious. Washington lied about learning his lesson from the previous 4-game suspension. Surely this time we can trust what he's telling us.

Feels to me that one of two things is going on.
1. DWash failed another test.
2. League knows it's going to slam him again on the assault incident, and knowing he won't play for awhile because of it, is dragging their feet to ensure all their ducks are in line before that ruling.
Or Dweed is in no hurry to get to training camp. Many vets try and miss as much of camp as possible. Practice is rough, game time is fun....
