Just bought my tickets, doing my part to bring the Red Sea to LA. Can't believe how cheap the tickets are. It's a brand new stadium, can't be a bad seat in the house, and tickets are under $100. Now I need to figure out if I stay near the stadium, or rent a car and stay on the beach.

You are much appreciated sir. Hope you really let those Ram fans know the Red Sea is in the house.

I'm going to Denver next year when we play. I can't imagine paying $200 for parking...

I was in Denver the last time Cards played there. Logan Thomas game.. Light rail was easy.

That sounds much more like it. Ceasar's has +170 instead of +175.
BTW, I abhor how they've changed up the odds system. Part of why I haven't gotten involved in online betting until now and why I will rarely use a sports book. Say the odds are 4-1. Great! That's easy math. But, "Hey, this team is +650" and the math is like WTF???

PS: I'm a math idiot.

I live about 30 minutes outside of Denver. The voters agreed to and taxes were raised to move the lightrail from the city I live in, to Denver but the transportation company in change is dragging its feet. It is a pretty big issue in my community right now. I would love to be able to light rail in to the stadium.

Most books will allow you to change from the American system to fractions if that is easier. (although if you aren't good at math, you might not be good at fractions)

It is really easy to figure out though. Every bet is based off $100.

Plus bets are the easiest to figure out.
+650 means, that if you bet $100, you win $650.

Minus bets work the same, but in reverse.
-650 means that in order to WIN $100, you have to wager $650.

Wouldn’t going and blowing a wad of $$$ (parking alone just cost me $209! And I’m going to shell out $114 for on-site Covid tests for my boys - if one of them tests positive I’m going to be beside myself) if I didn’t think there was chance to win.
Holy cow. I can't imagine ever paying THAT much for parking. We almost went to the earlier game there this year and I found some for about $40 that was 1 to 1.5 miles away. Not anything unlike where we used to park (for free at my family business) and walk to Sun Devil Stadium back in the day. That would have been the most I'd ever paid for parking, but we didn't go. Drove from Bakersfield home by way of Vegas instead.

I don't bet. First because I don't understand it (+650 is bet $100 and win $650?) and second because whatever I bet on ends up the opposite. :)

Watch the 2nd half of the 49ers game yesterday. They completely shut the Rams down. We need to duplicate also what we did to Cowboys. We seem to play really well on the road and against talented teams. If the trend continues. We will beat the Rams. And everyone will be on the bandwagon
One thing I noticed in that game was the 49ers running backs hit the hole full blast. No dancing. Bulldozing!

I'm also 30 minutes (Golden). Light rail is a game changer for sporting events. Takes a little bit longer to get home, but can't beat the price and convenience (you'd think I'd learn the quoting process after 18 years of lurking)

See my post above and see if it makes sense. Even if you have no inclination of ever wagering your own money, it does give you some interesting information that you can apply elesewhere.

Vegas does its absolute best to create lines (bets) to drive just as much action on one side than the other. For the most part, they are really good at it too. There is a reason why they say 'The house always wins.'

1. Keep Donald and Stafford occupied.

2. Vary our looks.

3. More trickery/Less percentages.

4. Copy Niners 2H. (1 on 1 iso - Moore & their S/Erst & their safety)

We don't have the defensive line to do that.

Considering the cost of renting a car and parking... i recommend just using Uber/Lyft. Get to the stadium a few hours early and plan to hang out for an hour or so after the game. (You can find a tailgate or hang out at the Hollywood Park Casino. Catching a rideshare from there 90 minutes after the game should be no problem.)

Interesting - first playoff game is in LA. Last playoff game (Super Bowl) is in LA.

Let's get used to winning there.

if Sanders comes out with that damn inflatable monstrocity, the invite is still open for after party at Cheese's for BOTH games!

probably not a problem getting a ride-share, but i bet surge prices will be through the roof.
