The guy has won game 2 games with his 3rd string QB, 1 with his backup, and 6 games without probably the best offensive player in the league, not to mention all the other injuries. Instead of bashing him, we should be praising him.

He's the best coach in the Cards history without question. He has his flaws but show me a coach who doesn't. Years down the road, he'll be fondly remembered as he should be. Enjoy it people, the next coach(es) will likely pale in comparison.

I would luv to have Arians back minus Bettcher and Amos. Now, please do not tell me how great of a game Bettcher called because the Titan's offense is horrible and so is their division regardless of records

Bettcher has flaws, but is fine. You could argue the amount of defensive talent that left this year is equal to the injuries on offense.

The only saving grace with Bettcher is that he can get better due to his age but Amos is a different story

Amen my Texas brotha!!! :notworthy:

This goes deeper than BA, it's about NOT giving your team the best chance to succeed & win on the field.

Show me a stubborn coach who's unwilling to change & adapt to the best interest of his players & bosses & I'll show you someone who's time to be replaced is around the corner. Especially when he's not being successful.

If BA doesn't get rid of Amos & adapt to a few other changes, Michael needs to step in & pull the plug before next season. M

I'm with the OP.

How Arians has managed to win six games this season is a mystery.

But I want to give a shout out to the FO too. They've pulled every string they could to help the coach, and, how many other teams have a viable #3 option at the QB spot? I mean, someone that gives you a chance against a 7-4 Jags team, or an 8-4 Titans team? I'll tell you how many. Zero.

Props to SK and Bidwill for bringing in Gabbert, which at this point looks like a pretty solid move.

or,....maybe we are winning a few because of the "talent" on the team that so many fans have been saying is not there.

We have talent and that is why pulling all the strings to draft a young QB will still have a competitive team and a dominant team in year two... get your guy :)

I think if we had a poll, it'd be 100% Amos needs to go. That's Arians main flaw.
Is full of hot is that he cannot hold his coaches or himself accountable for any errors but has no problem publicly calling out his players

He lets his emotion and stubbornness get in the way of playcalling at times and refuses to make adjustments

Defense stood tall. ST still problematic. Gabbert struggled. Pass pro sucked. We won a close low scoring contest (not easy).

Gotta give BA credit for the W. Bettcher's defense played to a consistently high level and covered up for flaws in kicking, passing accuracy and pass pro.

I'm still not sold that (with the exception of ST's) any coaching changes we'd make would net out a positive over what we've currently got.

Our special teams flaws over the course of a game are like an extra turnover or two, sometimes even more. Every. Single. Game! Just look at the difference in yardage between our "returns" and the returns we allow. Blocking on all special teams units is awful too, as is long snapping. At least we got veteran kickers who don't get rattled by the meltdown that's going on around them. Amos Jones needs to go, and we need better core special team players. A decent returner with some juice would be a start.
