He obviously works, but he also stated that he doesn't think he needs to kill himself watching film whatever that means.

He sounds cocky to a fault.
he also said he has the ability to “just see things before they happen” cocky to a major fault would be better worded….

Nobody is saying wait until June 1st. Just a few days into FA is too early.

After the draft is the time to judge. Most roster work is done by then.
Actually like someone said players are now designated June 1st cuts ahead of that date so really you may think after the draft is best time to evaluate but all impact players are gone by end of 1st week of free agency.

I use Jordan sneakers as an example. People line up and wait days if not hours to get new edition because they know there are only a certain amount made and after the drop date they know they're out of luck unless they are desperate to pay 3 or 4 times the price from someone who paid $200 - $300 sale price.

The only guy worth noting available is Terron Armstead and he is waiting to see what NO does at QB first. Everyone else is either on decline or is flawed in some way (injury or inconsistency). Any guy cut after draft, see reasons above.

Some of course, but still plenty left.

Outside of interest what FA signings would you have made at the money they have been done for?

Juju 1 year 10 mil

Ok, but he would never of come here for that. I specifically wanted the Chiefs for the title shot, working with Mahomes and the reputation boost it would give him in contract negotiations next year. So that deal wasn't possible.

Same with Allen Robinson going to the Rams. Wanted the SB shot and multi year deal with a good QB in a system that should get him yards.

Only one I can think of is Gunnar O -The ex-Patriots special teams ace. We haven't had an above average punt or kickoff returner in forever. Most of the signings so far are over-priced IMO.

Meaningless. Show me a pic of him in the film room and I'll be happier.

I collect rare photographs... I have three: One of Houdini locking his keys in his car, another is a rare picture of Norman Rockwell beating up a child and the third is even rarer, Kyler Murray studying game film.

I love how almost every player that has signed somewhere else for a marginal contract would have never came to AZ. Crazy gymnastics going on here.

I wanted Roger Saffold who BUF snapped up. I would have also paid Reddick the amount he got. Word is ARZ was willing to pay $12M but what's $3M more when they paid Gardeck that?

It's not crazy gymnastics, and it's not every player.

Chiefs tried to sign JuJu last off season before he took the one year Steelers deal. His career is down, he wants to rehab it with a winning team and the best QB in the league so he can get paid next year.

If you can't see why that means JuJu was never an option on this contract then I don't know what to tell you. I'm sure he would have come for a 3 year deal that paid him $15m per but then we would be idiots.

No dude. We paid Gardeck $12m over 3 years. That's $4m per year. Reddick wanted $15m per year.

Also Saffold has been trash the last 2 years. Bottom 5 pass block win rate in the league.
