Sooooooo who’s excited for this game and thinks we can win? :)
Not excited but I think we can pull it off. If the Rams can beat the 49ers after we beat them 41-10 its certainly possible. Maybe we're the Jekyll and Hyde team that exists to screw with gamblers.

This is the type of game bad Cards teams win. Hope and hype. Something weird will happen. I hate it here.

beating number two is upon us.

Good chance I will avoid the viewing experience as it screws up an otherwise great day.

wow... yesterday... lol..

I'm an incredibly optimistic person, but even so, it's hard to imagine us winning another game this season, and certainly not this one.

I guess the only way to spin it is that this is a week to week league. A team's fortunes can change rapidly.

We have to hope that he coaches and players can figure it out.

yes, except we are talking about the Cardinals.

It had been discussed we wouldn’t know what we have until we are into the season by a few games.

see previous comment:)

I think they can win. They've done it before. It's all going to depend on if they can put yesterday in the rearview and move on. And Petzig needs to nut up and start calling consistent games.

Just waiting for something progressively more horrible to happen.

We all know the Cardinals will win this game, or some other stupid game they are supposed to have no chance to win, to screw up their draft position.

No it isn’t. The Cards never beat playoff teams on the road. They might pull off a surprise every once in a while at home years ago, but this the type of game where we get our doors totally blown off.

We just beat the Eagles in December. They made the playoffs and still had the #1 seed at that time.

The Eagles were in total free-fall at the time. Do the Niners look like they’re in total free fall?

That was also at the end of the season when the team has nothing to play for/no pressure.

Again, that isn’t the case here. When was the last time you remember a MUST WIN scenario for a bad Cardinals team early in the season that saw them go on the road and beat a good team?

Yes, every once in a blue moon, the Cards come up with a surprising but ultimately meaningless late season upset over a mid playoff team. But I can’t remember for the life of me them doing so in the first half of a season like this where it could actually save their season.

I am not saying we are going to win. We won't.

You could simply say you forgot and admit you were wrong. Philly was the #1 seed when we played them and badly needed a win. Fact.

Not everything needs to be an argument. There is nothing to argue with.

We are going to get destroyed. Looking forward to seeing this defence get another 40+ dropped on it.
