Consensus is all over the place on who and what position the Cardinals pick this year. For that reason a trade down scenario makes a lot of sense. But if they don't find a suitable partner who is your pick if they stay put at 15 and the most likely highly rated players are gone at that point?

love Van Der Esch... but 15 is a bit too high for him,...would love to get him in the second round...

so I picked McGlinchey...we dont have a starting caliber RT on the team so it would be nice to have one by the time the staff figures it out

Lamar, and I start to believe they will trade up with Raiders to get him

Lamar will sit this year behind Bradford but I can see some packages for him also in his rookie season

I wonder if the Cards' brass really has any real intentions to draft a QB high again. I'm questioning it. I think that they believe signing vets with a little gas left in the tank might be their best bet for the franchise overall, still. They'll take a shot at some later picks maybe to take a flyer on one.

I Still like Rudolph, but know they won't take him at 15.

Beyond that I'd prefer Vita Vea or Ridley. Wilks is a defensive coach and I think he'll use the draft to fill a few holes and get some depth on the D.

I honestly haven't the slightest clue - literally any name Roger calls for us would both surprise and not surprise me at the same time this year.

Yeah this draft is going to be so random. There are a few guys I would be happy with

I voted for drafting Lamar Jackson at #15 but I have this feeling the Cardinals will trade down and end up drafting Kyle Lauletta.

If Denzel Ward is there at 15, we better run to the podium. He’s the best corner in the draft, the best player listed above, and fills a need.

He won't be so I stuck with Lamar Jackson. There are better players available, but we need a QBOTF. It is the rare exception to my forget BPA and draft for need.

I would like to see Lamar Jackson #15.That said I doubt SK picks a QB Round 1.I think he goes BPA between DL,OLine,CB.

This is not the same NFL as even a few years ago. If a QB scrambles, you have to watch how you hit him. You can no longer lead with your helmet (good luck enforcing that subjective one). Lamar Jackson is a total nightmare for an opposing defense, a defense which is slowly being made up of the same ideology which they played in modern college football where Jackson excelled" You damn right I would draft him!

FWIW Charley Casserly doesn`t think Lamar jackson will even go in the 1st RD.ProFootballWeekly thinks LJ is a 2nd RD talent.Person ally i think both are full of poo.
I would love to see LJ in AZ but i don`t think Sk will pull the trigger.I think he needs a instant starter impact 1st RD pick.I also think he needs to get 2-3 early starters in this draft.CB,RT,DLine.Sk also needs contributors early with this draft.i think there will be a slow weeding out of older and fringe guys replaced with Wilks guys to fit his plan.

JMO, but Ward will never, never, never be there at #15.
Interested to see whoever voted for Ward @15 would you take Josh Jackson instead if he was gone and if all the others were still available?

Results so far:

L. Jackson, QB - 22
D. Ward, CB - 11
L. Vander Esch, LB - 8
C. RIdley, WR - 7
M. McGlinchey, RT - 4

Josh Jackson also with 2 votes at CB, so 13 votes total at CB.

Is he your vote?

I have been on the Lamar bandwagon for some time now. No sense in jumping off. I really don't care who we get as long as they can be an impact player for this team. I think Davenport will be a solid pick for some team.

I picked Denzel Ward. He would be the best pick at 15 from the guys listed. I really like Will Hernandez and Mike McGlinchey as well.
