The best team in the NFL, :sarcasm:, visits the nest.

The D steps up big, Beanie has a huge day and the Bucs delusions of grandeur are squashed.

No rain = no problem for small grubby hands.

If the Cardinals can avoid/overcome the weekly Hall forced INT, RB fumble, and special team punt blunder we will be fine.

24-17 Cardinals.

If Murphy's Law still applies ?

31-10 Bucs.

I'm with Mulli

Neither one of these teams can score.

18-12 Cards as the two teams kick 10 Field Goals an NFL record.

Cardinals add their name to another Field Goal record, they already have the record with the Giants for most FGs attempted in a game by both teams at 11.

I actually think the Cards win this one, and look like an NFL team doing it. The Bucs really are a good team and have a pretty good offense. I think the Cards need to keep a very close eye on Winslow.

Cards: 24
Bucs: 17

If it were on the road, I'd probably call it a blowout in favor of the Bucs, but at home with a couple of games under his belt I think Hall has a decent game, and I think Whiz finally concedes and starts running it.

Hall: 17/26 210 yds, 1 TD, 1 INT
Wells: 17/125 2 TD
Hightower: 9/60

We also still have the most FGs attempted in a game by a single team. Jim Bakken attempted 9 field goals in 1967 and made 7 (then a record, but since beaten at 8).

You could also mention Neil Rackers record of 40 field goals made in 2005 (if you wanted too). :) Of course, these records just means you're not scoring touchdowns and having to settle for field goals. C'est la vie.

But back on topic, I really feel the Bucs are overrated. Let's see - they beat Carolina; won 3 games by 3 points or less against the Browns, Bengals and Rams; and they got destroyed by the Steelers and Saints. Hmmm, doesn't look to impressive to me.

Of course, we're not rolling over people either. And I know anything can happen any week. But since we're playing at the nest, I feel we can really win this one. I say Cards 20, Bucs 17.

Right you are. I compare Rackers record to Martay Jenkins record for most kickoff returns in one season with 82. Hard to imagine a team being so pitiful they averaged over 5 kick returns a game. But that 2000 team was about as bad as they come in the NFL.

East coast to west coast road games or the other way around are almost never good for the road team.

21 to 13 Cards.

Score isn't as close as it looks because the D gives up a late TD when the game's essentially over. Fitz recovers the onside kick.

Wells - 22 carries, 119 yards, TD
Hall - 13 att, 9 completions, 128 yards, TD, INT (Max gets the first TD of the 10 career TD passes he'll notch)
Fitz - 4 rec, 35 yards, pretends to be happy walking out with a win
Breaston - 2 rec, 21 yards
LSH - 3 rec, 40 yards, TD

lets see i was off by one point i think last week, called for a cards loss, this week since we have a recent streak going of not losing two games in a row and since we are home, i think we win,and i predict the best offensive showing of the year,
hall comes back strong and finally throws a couple of touchdowns and beanie runs for one,
and we pick up three field goals,
final score cards 30 bucs 17
