It's obvious we're not trying to win this year, we're not signing people that can help win this year, and Budda doesn't have one iota of tank in him. This season would be 17 straight nightmares for Budda, real life nightmares, not sleeping nightmares because losing on this scale would keep Budda up at night. I mean, that's not on him. The main thing is we just paid him top safety salary just recently and still he wants more (guaranteed). Or at least a winning team, or a decent combination of both.

That's more of his "contribution" to the problem, if it's only about the money. It's not like he was shortchanged.
