Eli Manning has 13 less TDS than rivers in their careers, but 2 super bowl rings against arguably the greatest QB of all time. Should he be first ballot? Exactly. The nfl has turned into a passing league and every qb is putting up gaudy numbers. Rivers has been one of my favorite qbs because of his fire and passion, but there’s no way anyone could convince me he’s first ballot in today’s NFL unless he starts winning the games that matter. 15 seasons and only 5 playoff appearances isn’t good.
