Center usually shifts protection. Qb makes his reads with the receiver and centers slide the protection based on where the blitz is coming

Kyler has to learn to stand in and throw it instead of always doing the reverse pivot everyone knows he does that now. Kirk was open but he has to stay there and throw it like Goff did on the TD throw
