This team is painful to watch. Why can't we stop the run?

we don't have the personell to do so.

We had a 3-4 D we have not enough DE/DT that fit our scheme and that are strong runblockers. But than you normally have 3 Linebacker that help ... but we have a $LB in Bucannon that has no spot in our D expect for maybe SS if he gets 20 pounds skinnier, and the other one is an ILB for a 3/4 in Reddick that lacks game awarness but ... he could develope ... after all is his 4th position in 2 years or something like that.

At the end, switching from 3-4 to 4-3 was a dumb move and many here called it out... you see why.
