Johnson is running right up them

Johnson needs to cut back to the rear on that one

Johnson just can't stop running all over the place.

Chris Johnson is one of those guys I don't like but I'd be happy if we signed him. Solid numbers last year in a horrible offense with no passing threat. Things should open up for him here if he signs. Plus he's durable which is 10x more we can say about our backs.

No risk tons of potential I have no problem with this. We could use a veteran RB in the mix

I couldn't believe when I heard he's only missed one game his entire career. That's just crazy.

At first, I didn't think they could possibly be serious about signing this guy. I thought maybe they were just looking for a camp body. And I think that's what Johnson was worried about too. But after thinking about it, if they were just looking for a camp body, they would go get a camp body. Just the fact that they're looking at Johnson shows that they're serious about him contributing. The interesting thing will be the money and the depth chart. I'm pretty sure he still fancies himself a #1 RB in this league.

i'd be pretty stoked with this as a late season pickup. He's still got a little pop in his step and as a secondary back, he's got potential to break a long one every once in a blue moon.

and he's healthy.

What excites me is his durability, with a decent OL I can see a 1000 yard back in our future!!...

Talent aside, what is everyone's thoughts about chemistry (or lack thereof) he would potentially bring to the locker room? We have a bunch of standout guys and CJ doesn't strike me much as a team player... Things could get ugly if he doesn't get the carries he wants...

Especially since he likes to carry a gun.

Well, we had Dwyer - a wife beater. DWASTE - a wife beater and a druggy. And Massie - an alcoholic who says he's altered by alcohol everyday....
I think the team will deal with CJ if he doesn't fit...

I think he'll be fine for the most part in the locker room. He's not going to be making a whole lot of money and he really has no leverage. You've got guys like Fitz and Palmer who aren't going to let him get away with anything. It won't be a problem but if he wants to be a problem, it won't be much to send him on his way.

Well in AZ you can get a concealed weapon permit, so he shouldn't be getting in trouble that way.

I don't know if it's still this way, but my friend's step dad used to carry a gun in a holster even into a supermarket, and it was perfectly legal. But that was 20 years ago.

I don't think you need a permit in Arizona.

God speed Chris Johnson. Stephan Taylor is not an nfl rb. David Johnson is unknown and KW is just a guy.

After watching everyone not named Ellington tonight I'm even more convinced this is a good idea.

BTW 21 and over in Arizona can carry concealed without a permit. Yes, even you Chris Johnson, unless he is on probation or something. But yes in the general sense that is allowed, cuz 'Murica.

Yep.

Alaska, Arizona, and Vermont are the only three states which allow the carrying of concealed weapons without a permit

After watching our RB's last night we really could use Johnson. He has a quick first step which will help him with our Oline
