Or because Champ's coverage is usually THAT good.

true, I said on the game thread it took us too long to go after Foxworth so I guess I would agree you don't challenge Bailey very often in a game, pick your spots.

Nah, that last one was a gimmie. Not sure where Matt was going with that one.

The pass wasn't even going to Champ's guy. Champ came off his man to get the pick, which is why Leinart never saw him. That was a great play by a great corner, I have a hard time calling that a gimme.

Broncos average 2.7 yards per rushing attempt(not counting QB's). Cards average 5.7. Turnovers are even. Arizona playing at home.

Cards get crushed.

Stupid Cardinals can't even get the cliches right.

Any pick where the DB is basically standing there waiting for the ball to drop is a gimme, even if it was a great job to be in that spot for it.

Should have, but I think a lot of people were changing their tune.

Personally if he'd of won out, I'd have understood keeping him, I've never ever liked the hire from day one but if he'd have gotten this team to win out, given who we'd have to beat to do it, then yeah, only a fool wouldn't at least consider keeping him.

He didn't, decision made, it's a no brainer, he's toast, I'm happy, bring on the new dude and please please please a GM too. I'd almost hire the GM now then give him the honor of canning DG as his first official act.

Ahhh haaaa. A voice of reason! The GM would have to be given complete control, tho. Not a "Yes" man. Let him go at it, starting with getting a no'nonsense coach with some discipline. Even if DG won out, I'd still fire him, it shouldn't take 12 games into your 3rd year to turn it around. IMO

The most substantial reports of change so far though are that Bill Jr. is going to be more involved. That hardly inspires much confidence in me. I really doubt firing Green will make much difference because I don't think the right hire will be made.
