Because you can line up Rob Housler to block right next to him in max protection, and he can give you another option for a whiffed block.

So, after staying in the pocket for his first 2 plays and making good throws... Kolb rolls to the right on basically every play after and gets nothing out of them. How does he not learn?

While you're right the Oline has been IMO close to atrocious in pass pro.
