As a Kolb supporter..... I can easily say that he has not improved at all since last season. His habit of "happy feet" will be the reason he never makes it in the league. I still do not like Skelton but I cannot support Kolb anymore.

If the guy would only step up in a pocket and fire the ball. Made of glass and no stones.

I am totally out.

While you're right the Oline has been IMO close to atrocious in pass pro.

On 2 of his roll outs he had a ton of time to make a play, and one he had Housler wide open and never looked his way... because he was on the left.

The wuss cuts off half the field because he's afraid of pressure. Some guys never get used to the chaos in a pocket. He seems like one of those guys.

You need Balls of Steel to be a QB in the NFL.

Can never judge anything by pre season. At least nota team performance.

What about individual performances?

Kolb's 2 game totals so far-2/9 25 yds 0 TDs 1 INT 0.0 Rating

With half of those numbers coming against a second string D.

That's about all you can do.

Brady Quinn even has better pocket awareness than Kolb...

Kolb might be the least pocket aware QB in the NFL. The only guy I've seen who seems more clueless under pressure is Blane Gabbert... and at least he had the "rookie" excuse.

I'm with you brotha. I've been a Kolb supporter since we got him. I wanted him to do well tonight, even after last game. He just hasn't improved, and if anything, has actually regressed. As I said last game, it's like someone asked what he does poorly and he went out and did it in under 10 minutes. Tonight's performance wasn't much better.

However, I'm trying really hard mentally to get behind Skelton.

Oh man, Lindley with a nice throw LOL, two sweet passes. Look at that seam pass!

Love what I've seen from Lindley. Bartel needs to work on his resume.

Huge stones, indeed. And your analysis about cutting off half the field, he does that about half the time or more, it's so bad fundamentally.

lol, seriously. Making crisp, quick, hard passes, moving up in the pocket. I didnt think Bartel was going to keep his job, but I think that debate should be over.

Lindley moving past Bartel easily. Out routes take a good arm, really good, to put steam on it, and that seam pass was a rocket.

We should be okay this season.

If our defense/special teams can score 27+ points per game. :D

I like that Skelton was right there to support Lindley, didn't see Kolb around, but may have missed it. Nice series there for Linley.

Like Byrd too in these first 2 preseason games.
