Urban never said anything about those 5 weeks on the active roster having to be in 2013. For a 2014 draft pick sure...but Levi is still under contract.

Perhaps they cut him in the offseason and the same result as it appears now happens. But if he's on the roster next year, then it's possible we get a 2015 draft pick. Just saying by Urban's reporting and choice of words, there was nothing that said the stipulations only apply for the 2013 season.

I understand that, but is he assuming that? Did he specifically ask about 2014 time garnering a 2015 pick?

I'm not saying it's likely. Just that it could be easy to overlook such a scenario unless you specifically ask for it. I've haven't heard Somers say anything about that. Stranger things have happened.
