Cards vs Atlanta game thread

Yeah, when the lineman aren't stepping on his foot, and the Rt isn't getting worked by the DE that is all up in Warners grill. With no running game because this line can't run block, the Defense is all over the passing lanes. Warner is not making real fast decisions but the OL is not allowing him go thru any progressions. He needs to just dump all day as that is the only thing he has any kind of time for. At least they have not forced turnovers that would make the game a blowout.

They've also given up an 86 yard and 73 yard drive, with ease... I'll give em' credit for bogging down in goal line situations, but ATL is doing whatever they want on O...

They are mixing up up well. Give them credit. Vick is very hard to contain - esp. this yr. He's tearing the NFL up.

Whoever thinks this D is playing "lights out" needs to have their head examined. With the exception of the INT TD we have been a disgrace. Atlanta had driven downfield at will!

They haven't had to drive down the field. We keep giving them the ball with a short field. This D did well to only give up field goals.

They actually have put two long drives together.

They are doing respectably against Dunn, but they haven't gotten enough stops on third down.

Two of the scoring drives started at our 21 and 49. Good job holding them to FG. Not playing lights out but if our offense is even average we are winning this game.

If the D was doing its job they wouldnt have been in the redzone 3 other times already in the 1st half. Thats without a short field. Defense is Doing the bend but dont break. Thats unacceptable and is biting us in the butt.

That's pretty scary their Wr's aren't exactly elite and their QB is a scatter arm but they're worried aobut our CB?

I believe 2 of those 3 times on very short field for D, Atlanta starting in Cards half. That is bad special teams play.

You have to be kidding. 6 of their points started on drives in our end. Our offense is biting us in the butt. At least in the first half. If the D has to keep coming out in the second they will get crushed.

Umm hello they have been in the redzoen 5 times already only 2 were a short field. The other three in one half are unaaceptable. Are you watching the game?
