I'm fine with the hire. I like having an experienced guy on the coaching roster that, to quote BA, "Isn't coaching for his next job." As KK tries to transition his style to the NFL, Clements should be able to say which won't work, and it should be due to his experience... not a desire to have his own system implemented here or elsewhere.

I don't know much about him, but GB was relevant during most of his tenure there primarily working with QB's. I think that is what we need

One thing about Wilkes... he erased whatever shadow BA may have once cast around here. There is a pretty low bar set for improvements.
