Will you guys stop crying please. Someone please tell me how he has ruined Matt, Boldin or Fitz. He was trying to teach Matt proper mechanics, and the guy struggled a little. Way off par for a second year QB huh. I know its Whiz's fault that Leinart broke his collarbone too. He should have had in on a milk IV all offeseason I guess. Fits is in the top 5 in the league in receptions and yards and Boldin has finally become a threat in the endzone.

Yes, he was. There were clear quotes from Whiz on how Lienart needs to work on his footwork in the preseason and early in the season.

It was widely known that Whiz was working with Matt on his footwork. Footwork is mechanics. The fact that this is the first you've heard of this makes me unwilling to even go through the trouble of looking it up.

Um...there were several threads at the beginning of the season about Whiz saying Matt needs to improve his footwork and that they were focusing on that. That's the proper mechanics they were talking about.

The new offense is terrible. The only time the offense even looked half way decent was in the 2nd half vs. Baltimore. This is all coaching at this point. The defense looks better than last year, offense way worse. Running game sucks. Edge sucks. One play over 20 yards in 2 years. Peterson just scores a 50 yarder. There is a reason why we are bottom feeders year after year.

Brilliant assessment. Who is this loss on then? Is it just one of those things? I'm really curious to see how anyone can say Whiz has had any good effect on the offense and I would also like to know how when you have 2 weeks to prepare for a team, they come out looking like its preseason game one.
