Our biggest need is at CB and DE not DT.

Actaully it seems like out biggest need is in coaching and getting a refit on the brains of our OL.

Well, the ship has passed DE and DT but the addition of a Wilkinson, Washington, or Coleman would have helped. No honest observer could say otherwise. The Lions had a guy named James Hall at RE and he played pretty good, mainly because of the attention that the interior line got after some big plays earlier. Wilkinson was one of those guys and he (if you recall) was not brought in nor offered a contract by Graves, but was brought in and offered a contract by Matt Millen w/ Detroit. In the end, Wilkinson decided the money was better in Detroit than GB and signed w/ the Lions.

Now, I don't think it would be crazy to suggest that:

A) The Cards could have given Wilkinson more money than Detroit did.

and

B) Wilkinson might have been able to give Calvin Pace more pass rush opportunities than did either Russell Davis or Wendel Bryant.

That is if you think Pace is as good or better than James Hall.

Well Tango, I must bow to your obviously superior knowledge and debating skills. You're right and I'm wrong.

Of course, the fact that everyone that seems to read these posts of yours seem to feel much as I do, and everyone seems to agreee that you insult others and generally fail to respond to posts (yes, you FINALLY, after I had to call you out, responded...by trying to change your tune from earlier).

But you da man, Tango. And if you seriously take that 'imitation', as you say, as flattery, then I feel for you. And I'm actually not kidding. I really do feel for you.
