Roy Helu Jr. is a UFA this offseason... how about that as a compliment to Ellington? I always thought he could be a good back just never got much of a chance behind Alfred Morris and his first season he was always buried on the depth chart.

Probably wouldn't take much to entice him into a winning atmosphere.

I have always liked him...he's got good feet, hands, quick tempo.

1,132 career yds. rushing (4.4 ypc) 7 Tds; 1.152 yds. receiving, 8.9 ypc, 3 Tds.

Good thought---not the big back we need---but as you say a good compliment to Sir Juke.

There are a dozen or so FA RBs on the market this year that are worthy of consideration. The Cardinals should be able to find a bargain and shore up that position.

Agreed.

I got him on my list as well.

Helu may not have the size, but he can grind between the tackles. At least from what I have seen.

He is not a world beater, but in a role I think he could be productive.
