Do We Just Need One Thread for Murray Fights til Training Camp

How do you police this?!? Kyler is integral to most conversations. How is the offense going to run? Are the WRs going to succeed? What will our win total be? Will KK’s offense be successful? I mean you can’t expect kyler not to come up in those conversations and it will either be in a positive or negative light which will ignite the debate.

I think you’re biting off more than you can chew with such an edict.

I think it's the fight. If there's an article that comes out that says "Actually Kyler Murray Loves Puppy Crushing", you can comment on the article. But when it becomes "Did you even watch the film against UCLA?!!?!" then the thread gets locked.

I think people will learn what the boundaries are.

There have been plenty of controversial topics that spawned repetitive arguments in the past. It's annoying, but as many have pointed out, Murray will be a legitimate topic of discussion in many or most threads going forward.

I think all that's needed is a warning if a thread starts to devolve into the same rehashed arguments between the same protagonists, and potentially locking the thread if it goes too far off topic.

I think that's what this poll is about. Honestly, it was EXHAUSTING to come here before the draft and have 500 Murray threads, and then click on non-Murray threads and have Murray come into the discussion after like eight replies.

I’d be interested to see the outcome of an audit of “non-kyler” threads and what surfaced therein first, the kyler-koolaid or the kyler-destined-for-failure posts. But I’m not going to do it.

A week has passed and still it is difficult to process that Josh Rosen was actually traded for the 62nd pick in the 2019 NFL Draft along with a fifth-round pick in 2020. I'm not surprised, because it has been clear for months that the Arizona Cardinals were woefully mishandling the eventual trade of the 10th overall pick in 2018.

No, everyone was over the moon for Leinart back then, and Warner had played poorly in year 1. It wasn't until Whiz came in and started laying Kurt in 2-minute situations, then Leinart breaking his collarbone and Warner playing out of his mind with essentially one arm that the whole thing got started.
