Let's just make this a place holder.

Terrible defense, below average offensive line, bad signings, bad draft picks, multiple QB picks in the first round, hiring and firing of coaching regimes in a year.

What are we, 3-19 in the past year?

How much longer of a rope does this dude get because he was gifted Palmer by the raiders and fell ass backwards into Johnson and Arians?

Did you think we could just wave a magic wand and all of a sudden be a contender?

Last year was horrible and you seen SK rip it apart and start all over. Now if we hadn’t done anything then yes fire him but we are in the process of rebuilding

We have a QB and head coach with 3 games under there belt...relax.

So now you're back on the Keim bandwagon? You wanted to fire him after the Kyler pick if I recall correctly.

Hey hey hey let’s not bring up old stuff, right guys? Right? Lol

Not so much after the Kyler pick but the way he fumbled the Josh Rosen situation. I thought he got greedy and held on to him way to long. No way we should of gone into draft night with him still on the team. Once we drafted Murray we lost all our leverage.

I honestly like what I see from Murray now he has no weapons at all and a below average line. So I’m not really putting much blame on a rookie 3 games into his career.

It’s a rebuild you’ve added a new Coach new QB and new system. SK seems to have gotten it right with Murray and Murphy. Let the rebuild continue

I'm not even bashing the Kyler pick, this is based on the overall product on the field.

My assumption is Michael B pulls Keims strings, and a new GM would probably a lateral move. I always found it odd the way Arians just bailed like the building was on fire.

Keim should have been canned when he got the extreme DUI, but since he wasn't the team must have no plans on parting with him anytime soon. He is under no pressure to act any differently than he has in the past...

Peterson getting busted for PED’s and David Johnson not wanting to be football player anymore is a bad hand to be delt.

I think Arians was part of the problem especially with some of the past draft picks when he was here. He carried a lot of weight on who he wanted with the cred he built up

Fire Vance Joseph Zone D sucks

We are missing Pat and Alford. I think with those two the D looks better. The D was not what SK invested in this year. Yes he spent picks on D, but the whole goal was to get out of the offensive doldrums. He bought some magic beans with the KK hire and tried get a unicorn QB with #1 overall. He did a 180 on conventional wisdom so it needs to pay dividends sooner than later.

We still don't have a power back. We don't have a game changer TE. We still have a bad oline.

SK basically bought into the idea that it was all so simple: an extreme form of the air raid offensive a cheap fix because all you need is an accurate, shifty QB and some a bunch of decent wideouts and it will be unstoppable. No need to worry about all that other nonsense and make things too complicated.

At this point, I don't understand how anyone would want to keep him.

If this isn't rock bottom, what is?
  • Worst record in the league last year
  • Arguably the second worst team in the league this year, and at least the worst team is LOADED with draft picks
  • $35.5 mm in dead cap space this year
  • Only two starters on this team to show for his first six first round picks, and both of those starters need to be upgraded
  • Numerous legal situations involving players and front office members, including himself
  • Hired head coaches with diametrically opposite coaching styles in back-to-back years, which calls his true vision for this team seriously into question
  • Very, very few players re-signed, and most of those are either one-year deals or top 5 salary-wise at their position at the time of signing
  • 3 offensive linemen drafted in the first 3 rounds in 7 years despite constant need
  • One of those linemen couldn't even beat out AQ Shipley coming off an ACL tear. One of the others is currently out of the league.
How this guy still has a GM job is beyond me.

Kiem has done a great job taking a top 10 defense and reducing it to what we see today.

But do not worry the offense still is not good as well.

I think loyalty gets the best of Bidwill. Unless they move Keim on to another position within the organization it will be a while before we have a new GM.

No doubt that Michael is loyal but there is no way he can bring Keim back if he’s picking top 3.
