In the second game we lost, we played Nash too long that wore him down. Trust the bench now Barbosa has been great, keep Nash fresh by being more selective about fastbreak runs, we will sweep them!

I think grizz match up well. They have talent on all 5 position just like us. But it will come down to Suns actually hitting their normal shots, if they find themselves shooting bad for atleast 2-3 games, Grizz can take those games as easily as we could win it if we are hitting shots.

I think I will even write up a prediction for each game

Game1:
Suns 106 Grizzlies 97

Game 2:
Suns 103 Grizzlies 96

Game 3:
Grizzlies 109 Suns 104

Game 4:
Grizzlies 99 Suns 97

Game 5:
Suns 112 Grizzlies 103

Game 6:
Suns 105 Grizzlies 101

I will be at Game 1, with my Stat jersey on and my voice gone by the end...

So it can't take seven games?

It's a new rule the league imposed this season. To shorten first-round series just a bit, if they reach 3-3, the lower seed automatically advances, to make up for not having had home-court advantage.

Suns in 5 is my prediction. I could MAYBE see it going 6 if we lose the first game due to playoff jitters, but even then, I would expect us to win the next three - taking the heart of Memphis on their homecourt and finishing the job at home in Game 5.

Agreed. I think Memphis is going to give Phoenix fits. This may go 7 games with either team winning.

Didn't they used to play best of 5 in the first series?

This is only the second or third year with a best-of-seven in the first round, the third year I think.
