Only 26 and a local guy (Chaparral HS).
Okay. You’re just playing dumb… Every agent player and team handles each situation differently you can’t compare week one to now lol
What hair??? Lol!He recently dyed his hair blonde?
You have to remember the physical growth curve of a college lineman to becoming a pro lineman. The best college OL are good enough from day one, but even the best still get significantly better over there first few seasons.Does everyone remember how garbage Mark Glowinski was in Seattle to the point they cut him after only 3 years and how as soon as he went to the Colts he was suddenly very good?
Well, if you lack footwork, technique, & overall OL intelligence, y’know? Things that require one to be a good offensive lineman, I guess you can hang your hat on an outdated phrase to pump up an OLineman.I'd love to sign Hernandez because he is a tough guy. The Cardinals OL lacks a bit of toughness.
If the first & usually main thing you see about an offensive lineman is that they “have a mean streak” or is a “tough guy”, it usually equals that they’re super raw or bad in categories & abilities that actually matter.
Interesting point - check out his NFL comp.

If he came here and turned it around, he wouldn't be the first lineman to do that. Hernandez isn't likely to come in with a $12 million per year price tag. You don't build your team on having 50 All Pros on the roster. Guys like Hernandez can still contribute. If the first & usually main thing you see about an offensive lineman is that they “have a mean streak” or is a “tough guy”, it usually equals that they’re super raw or bad in categories & abilities that actually matter.
Hmm Dvontel says he lacking in all other areas and thats why people focus on the tough guy aspect.
But Lance Zierlain says he has a rare combination of power, balance and athletic ability with good anchor and footwork.
Who do I believe? Touch call.
Like who? At least in recent memory. Guys like Pugh, Iupati, Beachum, & Veldheer were already established before they got here.If he came here and turned it around, he wouldn't be the first lineman to do that.
You also don’t build your team on adding more bad players to the roster. You don't build your team on having 50 All Pros on the roster.
Sure, just not positively.Guys like Hernandez can still contribute.
Hernandez has been one of those other two guys you’re describing for years now.Sometimes O lineman aren't good because the other two guys next to them are terrible.
Lmao, yea, it’s not like there hasn’t been years of evidence of him lacking those exact abilities or anything. So far...its Dvontel.

I think this statement kind of refutes what you were saying. Both Pugh and Beachum were signed as free agents from their former teams(Giant and Jets) that did not feel that they were good enough to re-sign. Although neither are world-beaters, both have played decently for the Cards. Hernandez is in a very similar situation. Hopefully, he can also be a decent starter for us.Like who? At least in recent memory. Guys like Pugh, Iupati, Beachum, & Veldheer were already established before they got here.
No it doesn’t.I think this statement kind of refutes what you were saying.
Pugh was let go because of constant durability problems. Despite being a fine starter, NYG decided to let him ago because his contract wasn’t worth the durability issues. Beachum was constantly battling injuries with the Jets & decided to upgrade with a potential blue-chip in Becton. That doesn’t mean Becton was bad(he wasn’t), but when there is a potential blue-chip prospect in front of you, you upgrade. Both Pugh and Beachum were signed as free agents from their former teams(Giant and Jets) that did not feel that they were good enough to re-sign.
Um, no. Pugh & Beachum weren’t world-beaters like you said, but they were still adequate to decent starters even when they last left. Hernandez has been atrocious & a liability for years now. Not even remotely close to similar.Hernandez is in a very similar situation.
Keim probably thinks so, too, which is sad as hell, but predictable.he can also be a decent starter for us.
I bet that Kugler had a lot to do with him be invited for the visit. If Kugler can be assured he can get him playing up to his potential then lets give him a cheeky cheap 4 year deal.
