Jamie probably dying this season. His usefulness is pretty much kaput nowadays.

That wouldnt make much sense since he has no connection to her. Cersei/Jamie have never had any interaction with Danny whatsoever. It would be extremely odd for one of them to kill her from a storyline/ show writing stand point.

I think in that preview when we see Jamie riding his horse across the burning field is when he dies. Probably a very dramatic suicide type moment. That would make sense.

The mad king was a dragon born. Jamies legacy is basically based off the fact he killed the mad king (dragon born) and Jamie then getting killed by an actual dragon brings it full circle.

You're missing the point. It wouldn't be FOR Dany or the Unsullied; it would be to prevent CERSEI from going Mad King on King's Landing.

I do disagree with oaken1, though, and maintain Cleganebowl will determine Cersei's fate.

Nevermind, I misread the entire post. I thought he said Jamie would stab Dany in the back.

Jamie killing Cersei makes sense, although I feel Arya will probably be the one who kills Cersei.

I cant wait for cleganebowl.... I think the hound will win,....then I think he will shank that semi-maester for what he did to the mountain.... Hound hates his brother, but pretty sure he didn't want to see him turned into an abomination either....

or,...plot twist....
We don't get cleganebowl,...... but we do get Brienne of Tarth battling the mountain and winning...would fit right in with the superchick ending hbo is building up to...

why do you think cleganebowl will decide cerseis fate??? You don't think she will be allowed trial by combat do you?

Cleganebowl developed primarily as a theory for the fulfillment of the Valonqar prophecy...that she will be killed by the "little brother". Most people read this as Tyrion or Jamie, but...she's getting a trial by combat, represented by the zombie knight Strong, who originated as the Mountain, and the Hound, his LITTLE BROTHER, is set to represent the Faith. Thus, Cleganbowl could fulfill the Valonqar prophecy, in a twisted, GRRM kind of way :)

I have been watching a lot of those various theory videos on you tube lately....some even claim to have scripts leaked from the set. There is a metric ton of theories out there, lol.

I still think Jamie kills cersei....his time with Brienne changed him and he has not been liking what he is seeing in his sister. In the end I think he serves the realm, much as Varys does.

Heck, he served the realm when he killed the Mad King.

4 hours or so, can't wait. The episodes are supposed to be a bit longer than usual though, which will make it a little easier to deal with less episodes overall. Here is the run time of each episode...

Episode 1 - 59 minutes
Episode 2 - 59 minutes
Episode 3 - 63 minutes
Episode 4 - 50 minutes
Episode 5 - 59 minutes
Episode 6 - 71 minutes
Episode 7 - 81 minutes

I am jacked for this.
But I really wish they were just going out on a 13 episode season rather than a 7 and a 6... just milking it for another year on top of the ratings

Agree. I also read that there's a chance that Season 8 won't start until 2019
