Personally I think they will be captured. I agree it was Bronn, and thought it was him as I was watching it. It just looks like him. I'm going to guess at what this means.
Can Jaime be turned against Cersei? He'll have his brother Tyrion who he now knows unequivocally did not kill Joffrey. It cements everything that Tyrion had to do to survive, and legitimizes everything Jaime did to help Tyrion. His crazy family did it to themselves, why defend that part of it, when another part of it still exists? A nobler part. A part that can be seen as worthy to the Lannister name and can be saved. (family redemption seems to be a big theme in GoT.)
Tyrion is now trying to get Daenerys to not slaughter everyone in Kings Landing and remove Cersei. Bronn is friends with Tyrion, so that could help. It will also show to Jaime that if Tyrion can be the hand of Daenerys, that mercy can be shown to him as well.
Olenna tried to warn Jaime how he was blind to Cersei's evil, and was responsible for the events that led to the deaths of their children.
Meanwhile Cersei is being courted by Euron Greyjoy, positively (thus Jaime has lost his place with Cersei), and Euron has been humiliating and backhanded threatening Jaime (hand joke, and try killing your brother remark). He would probably not have a future on Cersei's side as Euron would probably kill Jamie. With the Lannister army mostly destroyed, and if Jaime is captured, she'll need Euron now even more, as that's all she'll basically have at her disposal (and as a leader). He has to think Cersei has accelerated her engagement to Euron and all that means to Jaime.
There's just been a lot of events recently and throughout the show that seem to indicate it is possible he could switch sides. In spirit Jaime doesn't like the crazy actions that has brought everything to this point.
IMO it's only his love for Cersei that has him on her side. All this stuff coming up, I think means he switches sides. Which could also foreshadow her death. Even if he wants to be on her side, it now looks like the losing side, aside from what maybe some sellswords can do. Hired thugs may flee when seeing the dragons in action.
There's even some internet theories about Cersei and Jaime based on where they were standing in the map room and such. Even a theory on the kill method based on the map and some other stuff.
