Shipley seems like He would make a solid slot receiver. He's shifty and runs good routs. I know he's a long shot, but he just seems to make plays. If we practice squad him, I bet another team picks him up.

I was hoping he made the team last year. Glad he made the PS and still showing why the Cards need to find him a roster spot.
