Clean game for Stanton was the key.

Stanton with zero TO's and knew to throw to Fitz when it was needed. CP will be back next week and this team will be back on track.

Or we finally had a comfortable lead so we could do that. Or we had a back up QB and we didn't want to give it away.

Just remember. Seattle was the scariest team at the end of the season last year. They were 2-4 and beat Detroit on a blown call and beat Dallas 13-12. Started 4-4. And lost to us the next week...to go 4-5. So bad starts and looking bad isn't the end....we have a lot of weapons. Jets next week is a winnable game....the Rams will fall soon.

I'm glad to see you've mellowed a bit since yesterday. A win helped our outlook a lot. Mine too, man. I was feeling like you were yesterday, just didn't voice it.

Yep... that had to be one of the ugliest "clean" games I've ever seen!

+100000. This should be the offensive game plan the rest of the year, pound the defense with the ground game, focus on short to intermediate routes to move the chains and become unpredictable with the long ball.

HUGE improvement by ST tonight overall! Golden was a BEAST out there. Clearly deserves a permanent roster spot. And Quigley's hang time was insane after a slow start. That bomb to the 1 yard line that set up the safety was a thing of beauty. And the hang time enabled multiple guys to get under it and get it downed. So relieved that the Butler era is now over.
