So as some on here know, I love golf and have been lucky enough to be invited to play in the LPGA Founders Cup Pro-Am at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge, for several years now... I again had the good fortune to play in the Pro-Am yesterday and had the GREAT experience of seeing Fitz, Carson, PP and Mike Floyd all finishing up their round on the 18th hole, as we were walking up to our first hole of the day. They were a bunch of goof-balls, joking around with each other and clearly having a TON of fun!
THEN - my buddies and I decided to try a steakhouse we have heard so much about called Steak 44 (located on the northeast corner of 44th Street and Camelback). We finally get seated and just 2 tables away, incredibly, are: Arians, Keim, Chandler Jones and a few other people I couldn't make out!!!
Since one of my buddies flew in from Boston and is a huge Pats fan, when we were walking out he told Jones how bummed he is to see him leaving the Pats. I quickly pushed him away and told Jones how excited we all are to have him in AZ and how much he's going to love it here!!! To which the rest of the table he was with starting clapping!! He clearly looked comfortable and was enjoying himself.

Here's a cool video of Fitz, Carson, PP and Floyd speaking after their round: http://www.lpga.com/videos/four-arizona-cardinals-players-enjoy-2016-jtbc-founders-cup-pro-am-action

One for the ages for sure...

Great story. Steak 44 must be the place. Toward the end of the season we sat right next to a big table with Carson Palmer and family/friends. Toward the end of the meal Matt Barkley and his wife who had been eating in another room walked by and noticed Carson and it was like a party.

LPGA is a female league right?

For sure! However, they hit the ball better and farther than most men ever hope to... It never gets old trying to figure out how a 21 year old young lady, who stands 5'4" and weighs no more than 130 pounds, can drive a golf ball as high and as far as they do... Yesterday, I played with a young Korean girl names Mi Hyang Lee. She consistently drove the ball 265-270 yards and looked completely effortless in doing it. Us guys? Heck, at our best we might get it out there 255-260 or so, while looking like we're experiencing an epileptic fit as we hit the ball! ;)

so,....what qualifies you to play with the women?? Your tee skills perhaps?? I personally drive 320-350 fairly consistently....actually a drawback on par 3's, lol... hard to hold it back

LOL... Chuck, trust me buddy... I am so NOT qualified to play with these girls. It's a Pro-Am... just a fun outing. A company that supplies my company with services is a sponsor of the LPGA and so they invite me to play.
